To me it sounds more like they have booked one or two nights more but they’re not allowed to say it now. After all Céline sold out 4 London shows at the O2 arena in 2017...so why wouldn’t she be able to replicate that next year? 😊
Can’t wait for this tour saw her in Birmingham 2017 and she was amazing!
Managed to get two front row tickets for the second Manchester show! As a result selling my 2 x Diamond VIP packages for London on 18th September. Block A2 row A (front row). Face value of course! Message if interested
Floriana show almost all the tickets were sold out completely in pre sale alone
Tickets in almost every section for Stockholm, but in each section there are barely any tickets available- which is incredible as this show is so far her biggest single night show
Both Norway shows gone completely
Both Dublin shows sold out in under an hour
Both Glasgow dates have only 200-ish tickets left
This Europe leg has been insane in terms of demand

Added all of the new shows in - what is clear is that she has two massive gaps in the schedule during the Europe legs - early July and early-mid August. I suspect the July dates will be filled with French concerts (I will be amazed if she doesn't have at least another 5 dates in France).
So far, 71 dates in North America and 48 in Europe.
I must be missing a date then somewhere as I have 70 dates in North America and 48 dates in Europe for a total of 118 dates?
For what it's worth, her Taking Chances tour in 2008-2009 had 132 dates (and grossed $280 million - a monster number at that time) and is her largest international tour to date - should she be taking this to Australia, Latin America and Asia as is rumoured, this will without doubt become her biggest international touring engagement to date.
I can't help but think though she would've achieved more impressive results in a short timeframe with a stadium tour - I don't know what her aversion is to stadiums, but aside from the Let's Talk About Love tour, she's never really committed to a fully-fledged stadium tour.

^so the record for the biggest grossing female tour is going to be very difficult to reach
I think it depends on what she comes out with for the rest of the tour, but based on venue selection - she might struggle to top Madge's record. What she won't struggle with however is the record for the highest-grossing female soloist of all-time - coming into the Courage Tour, she was level with Madge.
I for one am happy she's not doing stadium shows.
Hate it when artists book those type of venues.
Acoustics there are terrible and I don't like it when shows start in the broad daylight.
Also you have the risk of rain etc.
I agree!
Stadiums are for people who can't sing and just have to put on a 'show' for their lack of singing skills like Madonna, Britney or the newer artists who'd rather prance around skimpily clad to mask their non-singing skills
I got two tickets for Mannheim and Cologne and I'm waiting out for some cheap deals for Berlin. I'm hoping to find some cheap tickets later for any of her Frnacophone shows as well.
Dans ce convoi de larmes
Je te dédie ma mort
Et je saigne, saigne encore...

A shame I didn't wait for that one, it's way more chill to get some tickets than for the first date plus easier to pick your seats (you couldn't choose them for the first date)

Certainly not.
And Céline toured stadiums back in 2008.
From a pure grossing aspect I wish she would would perform in stadium - in 2019 it would be no problem to sell them for her. Her legend status is much brighter than in 2007-2008, especially in France and UK (dunno for Germany - seems her weak point).
But from a acoustic point of view and overalls atmosphere (light/ « closeness ») I prefer arena. There is still something magic. I mean I was at the Stade de France in 1999 and it was an amazing moment, but I think it was also linked to the specific time of her life.
Until the day she does theatres (which she might consider for her anti-tour or side B songs that she would like to perform) but the prices will then be over the roof.
