Fourth year in a row with Parade taking home this award! And deserves each one of them, as this chart of our charts conquered our attention years ago and CZB job, so methodical and tidy and always on time deserves our praise and recognition. Thanks for this!

So now it will be time for the top 3 awards of the season! Let's recap those nominations:

Outstanding New Thread will highlight threads that were created from Jan 1st to Dec 31st 2021
- frontrunners are Madonna Survivor and Ultimate 2000s Survivor as both won their respective categories!
- but don't count out Mariah Survivor, the Mariah Mafia were part of the commitee!
- Top Answer Game may have lost its category, but this is a new one with different contenders, and we all LOVE TAG! By the way, time to kick off 2022 edition?
- Adele and Olivia both had high profile albums so may surprise us all!

Host of the Year will crown the coolest member and his/her hosting duties...
- frontrunners are Wayne, Thriller and Benjamin as all won already at least 1 host award this season! and history says that winner of this category took at least one of the Host award during that ceremony...
- but we have high profile names competing: bm08 and his outstanding job moderating and hosting the Mariah Thread; chepathrills and countless amazing threads, JeremySpearssupporting the coolest music around, KEY9481 bringing last year's Thread of the Year winner, SholasBoy and Simpleboy
- AND, we have 2020 Host of the Year recipient competing to win it for a second year in a row! That is, of course, our favourite Tansike!

Thread of the Year will acknowledge the top thread around:
- frontrunners are Mariah GA thread, Madonna Charts, Ultimate 2000s Survivor and US Billboard Charts, as all won in their respective categories!
- In 2019 (Madonna GA thread) and in 2020 (Covid) the TOTY won its category, but that didnt happened in 2018, when Retro Charts were crowned without winning in the General Personal Chart category... And Retro is once again nominated in 2021!

And thank you to the people who voted for the Madonna survivor. I really loved doing it; it was a labor of love going through her career. (Also, as it turns out, I'm starting Whitney's survivor tomorrow, might as well promo that here.)

Really happy to see Akini win the personal chart thread - definitely my most visited thread in that section - probably the reason I feel I've gotten to know Akini so well on here. And that section would be less enjoyable if CZB didn't do the hard work of compiling the list every week.

I'm glad Thriller won for the 2000s survivor; just thinking of compiling all the songs sounds exhausting, much less actually running it.
