Never Trust a Stranger (or something) by Kim Wilde - I was a fan when about 10 years old , Europe - Final Countdown (and their album), Milli Vannilli "Girl You Know It's True", some Phil Collins songs, Sandra (ah yes Eurodance ruled!), Kate Bush and New Kids On The Block! I was also totally addicted to "I Wanna Dance With Somebody" by Whitney...

I'm gonna post slightly off topic here. I couldn't possibly list my favourite songs of the 80s - it's so difficult to choose but born 11/MAR/1981, I am also a true 80's child, and so I'll list the first pop songs I liked

1) Los Lobos - La Bamba
2) Europe - The Final Countdown
3) Sinitta - Toy Boy

Something tells me I put them in on another post as well, but I can't remember

I have to totally agree with Muzikritik & Jami with the 2 songs from Janet Jackson called "Rhythum Nation" & "What have youdone for me lately?" which I really love that song cuz I love the line in it which she says "You've got to be thankful for the little things...but little things are always what you seem to give!" LOL now that's what I call a kick a** Janet!!!

As embarrassing as this is, I had the two Kylie Minogue albums, she had out in the 80's. 'Kylie' & 'Enjoy Yourself', on record, my excuse is that I was 5 or 6, but according to my parents I loved them! :eek:ops:
Anyway these are my favs:
Kylie - 'Je Ne Sais Pas Pourquoi'
Sade - 'The Sweetest Taboo'
Michael Jackson - 'Leave Me Alone'
Janet Jackson - 'Nasty' & 'Rhythm Nation'
Black Box - 'Ride On Time'
Chaka Khan - 'I Feel For You'
Madonna - 'Cherish'
LL Cool J - 'I Need Love'
Kim Wilde - 'You Keep Me Hangin' On'
Luther Vandross - 'Never Too Much'
Whitney Houston - 'So Emotional'

I'm sure there's more than that, just can't think of anything else.
