for me, Kylie is among the sweetest of the pop stars and her singles catalogue is brilliant, but the albums overall are quite weak and loaded with filler, which is what maybe turns off people who appreciate entire albums like Madonna's or Janet's. that said, I'm sure you find even her album tracks amazing, so I can't really say. for me it's like that. I give her some points due to the reasons mentioned in the beginning, but I've just never been wowed by an album of hers (maybe Impossible Princess is an exception) so she doesn't end up very high

I'am actually so suprised to see people posting theirs lists and Kylie being absent or so low . I'm so sorry for my stanning but I'am honestly so curious, what is it about Kylie that so many of yous don't enjoy?

Is it just she is to camp? Or you just don't enjoy her music / or haven't really been exposed to her at all etc? No judgement circle and I promise I won't come for you , I am just so genuinely shocked that an Australian LEGEND gets so little praise on here, when what she has achieved without the support of one of the biggest music industries is truly remarkable.

I love Kylie and I didn't put her that low IMO. I just listed the 50 female singers I listened to most last year according to my last.fm.
Although I do have to say that she got this high in my list thanks to her Christmas music. Another good thing is her releasing her early SAW catalogue on Spotify. I love her early work. I also love her later dance inspired work. She is also one of the most entertaining artists when it comes to live concerts. Why she probably never will end up in my top 10 is because I hardly like any of the album tracks.

I've loved her music ever since high school, she's one of the first musicians I was seriously into and stanning for. I still remember discovering her songs on youtube and being in love wonderful music and songwriting. her latest album is one of her best works for sure.

One of the greatest voices I've ever heard.
One of the best performers I've ever seen live.

Unfairly underrated artist. She is an absolutely brilliant singer, I adore her lyric-dramatic timbre, her crystal clear and soulful voice. She is on par with Celine to me. And I love Lara's personality, as a human being, I think she's a very kind and sincere person who radiates only positive vibes.
My favorite Lara's performance. She was my #3.

My most favorite live performance by any artist ever!
So emotional. Especially from 3:50 onwards when she puts away the microphone and keeps on singing without a mic, without the band, with just her voice. A+++++++++mazing. And then when she goes for the long note and falls to the floor... She goes right for my heart there.
