I'm excited for JT's new album but if "Can't Stop The Feeling" is a sign of what's gonna come up then he can keep it. That song is annoying as heck.

I'd rather have an album full of Can't Stop The Feeling than an album like 20/20 Boredom Experience

20/20 was boring in places but at least it was different, CSTF is generic af and not in a good way

I forgot about Kelly Clarkson releasing a new album next year.

But I don't want to expect too much. She's been hyping this record to be her most soulful one, and has been citing Mariah/Whitney/Aretha etc as her main inspirations. Is she thinking it's gonna sell/click? Her vocals have a love and hate relationship with soul music. I just wish she just sticks to her pop-rock sound.

If it's the WIR-type of soul, I'm totally here for it. But citing Mariah/Whitney/Aretha in recent interviews is totally not gonna help. She better be ready to have the biggest flop of her career. But I want to be proven wrong because I'm still rooting for her.

- Avril Lavigne (I have a really good feeling about AL6)
- Paramore
- The Killers (it's been over 4 years for Christ's sake!)
- Kesha (REALLY curious to hear her new material)
- Evanescence (hopefully releasing in 2017)
- Foo Fighters (who knows, right)
- P!nk
- Kelly Clarkson (I wonder how her new album is gonna be received with the massive change in style)
- KING Marilyn Manson
- Brand New (where's the freaking album? I'm waiting for 5 years already)
- London Grammar (with the IMMENSE mission of doing a great follow-up to the genius "If You Wait")
- Alanis Morissette (if she feels like making an album)
- Fergie (nostalgia)
- Bjork (who knows... Vulnicura was incredible)
- To some extent, Katy Perry (I won't even care if she doesn't release her best album so far, though)

EDIT: Holy sh**, completely forgot about Nine Inch Nails :o
---Avril Lavigne---
Other favourites: Placebo, The 1975, Paramore, P!nk, Brand New, Kings Of Leon, Florence + The Machine

Agreed. His worst solo single to date IMO. He's one artist where pretentious actually works better

What?! Soul is where her voice fits best (perhaps only behind country)
Never really cared for her pop-rock sound except for her second album

So Shania Twain already confirmed a new album will be released this year.

I love her to pieces, but I've already become so tired of believing her that I can't take her words seriously anymore.

New RCA priorities in 2017 include 18-year-old Texan Khalid, All My Friends singer Tinashe, Nigerian One Dance collaborator Wizkid, hip-hop artist Goldlink and band Muna – while we can also expect new records from Bryson Tiller, Pink! and perhaps from Miley Cyrus, who’s started work on her RCA follow-up to Bangerz.

So Mariah almost confirmed that there will be no new album this year. And Taylor Swift is also extending her break, so I think TS6 ain't happening this year, too.
