Any albums you own which you can put on and play all the way thru without wanting to press the skip button AT ALL!!! ???

I can with these

R.E.M - In Time (The Best Of 1988-2003)
'man on the moon' and 'orange crush' have finally grown on me so only in the last week
Darkness - Permission To Land
Fleetwood Mac - Greastest Hits
Wheatus - Wheatus
Idlewild - The Remote Part
Franz Ferdinard - Franz Ferdinard
Manic Street Preachers - Everything Must Go
Manic Street Preachers - The Holy Bible
Manic Street Preachers - Generation Terrorists

all their others I can depending on my mood, theres 1 track on each of the others I sometimes press skip on, so I won't count those offically
He's finally made a come back. I'm now offically a semi-professional comedian.

The one that immediately springs to mind is:

The Breeders - 'Title TK'

Amazing album, and one that has the rare quality of working as an album rather that just a bunch of good songs.

Other good examples:

Lagwagon - 'Let's Talk About Feelings'
Ash - 'Meltdown'
The Ataris - 'So Long, Astoria'
All eels albums
Jet - 'Get Born'
Hell Is For Heroes - 'The Neon Handshake'
The Strokes - 'Is This It'
All Silver Sun albums (incidentally, they've just signed a new record deal, their new album is out on November 8th... I'll spam about it again nearer the time.)

More as I think of them, depending on how close I am to my posting limit.
This post is highly unlikely to be serious. Please treat it accordingly. Unless it's music-related, in which case I'm damn well right.

i am one of the most impatient persons you will ever meet, so I intend to skip a LOT while listening. Even when I make my own cd collection I skip songs

Eternal's albums (especially the greatest hits of course) might be the only albums where I hardly skip a track.

Heh, you are not alone.

Over 3,000 songs on my Jukebox you think I'd be happy everytime a song comes on random but I skip like a bastard.

Even some of my fave albums I tend to skip but it's a time thing as I really dont have it to sit and listen to a full CD.

Some CDs I've listened to fully lately though:

Ash: Intergallatic Sonic 7"'s (Both CDs - 41 songs)
A*Teens: New Arrival
A*Teens: Greatest Hits
Pink: Try This
Johnny wanted cream buns for his birthday tea...

There isn't many. I think only these albums:

Blue - All Rise (there isn't a track on this I don't like)
Liberty X - Thinking It Over (same with this)
Atomic Kitten - Ladies Night (I don't really like Somebody Like You, but I will bear with it because every other track is ace)
Girls Aloud - SotU (I think there's about two tracks I don't love - You Freak Me Out and Jump, but I will listen to them because the rest of the album is wicked)

That's it. Every other CD I own has tracks on it that I hate or really dislike and won't listen to.

And I made my own playlist on Real Player, choosing the songs myself yet I still skip loads of the songs - I chose them, I should want to listen to them... :o
I've now met Dean Ambrose FOUR TIMES - 28/03/15, 02/04/16, 20/08/16 & 01/04/17!!

Sophie Ellis Bextor - Read My Lips - amazing album, easily my favourite of all time.

P!NK - Misundaztood - not too keen on Gone To California or Eventually, but I can still listen to them.

Jamelia - Thank You - Very consistent, and although BITCH and Bounce aren't that amazing, I still don't skip them.

Keane - Hopes And Fears - amazing. End of. :)

If I'm in the mood to listen to the entire album (minus one song Reverie, cos I don't like it at all and it bores me), then Brooke Fraser's What To Do With Daylight is the only album in my collection that I could play almost fully....or John Mayer's Heavier Things if I really wanted to listen to all of that (minus Wheel cos that too bores me)...OR his other album, Room For Squares (cos I've started to love St Patrick's Day & Not Myself) if I'm in the mood as well....
Let's embrace the point of no return.

It depends on what mood I'm in, but four that I can listen to non-stop in any mood are:

Alistair Griffin - Bring It On
Delta Goodrem - Innocent Eyes
Westlife - Coast to Coast
Westlife - Westlife

and David Sneddon's Seven Years, Ten Weeks, would be in there if it wasn't fot "Don't Let Go"
Keep your eyes on me...

Manchester Arena - May 2nd 2008 - Céline Dion - Block B, Row A

Not sure that there are any really - if they're good enough not to have fillers, then there's some that are so good I'm so impatient that I have to get to listen to.

Anyway - there must be some... *thinks*...

Beautiful South - Quench
Amy Studt - False Smiles
though on both of these I might be liable to press "stop" rhather than "skip", as the last 3 tracks on each are slightly weak.

Bluetones - Luxembourg (but at 35 minutes, it would be rude not to)
Athlete - Vehicles and Animals
Divine Comedy (hmmm... I'd guess Fin De Siecle, and the new one, and probably the greatest hits)
Paul Fisher - Generations (for sure)

However, then, there's the painfully obvious ones I just have to mention, the top one being...

Original Cast Recording - Les Miserables

Come on - pressing skip would be like missing 10 pages out when reading a story - it would be plain daft  .

The Jeevas - Cowboys and Indians
My red cell - 13 in my 31 (welsh rock at its best)
Razorlight - Up all night
Bluetones - Luxembourg
Franz Ferdinard - Franz Ferdinard
Nirvana - Nevermind (a classic)
REM - New adventures in HI-FI (one of REM's most underated albums)
The streets - Original pirate material
electric 6 - fire (i love this album)

I never tend to skip, if I listen to an album I want to listen to it all, but "Stripped" by Christina Aguilera is the one album I love every single song and interlude on! :)

I'd say Emma - Free Me, there isn't a single track on there I don't like.

I'd say that just about every album I've heard has at least one track I have to skip on it :P

Quite a few albums that others have mentioned that I agree with here:

Keane - Hopes And Fears (agreed Twixy/westhammer)

I would also add...

Semisonic - Feeling Strangely Fine
Maroon 5 - Songs About Jane
Nirvana - Nirvana (Greatest Hits)
Linkin Park - Hybrid Theory
Oasis - Whats The Story
Barenaked Ladies - Stunt
Foo Fighters - One By One

I haven't found one yet, though I have heaps that have only one, maybe two tracks I skip.

Agree with Virgo on Brooke Fraser's What To Do With Daylight, though I don't hate Reverie at all.

Was gonna say Mariah's "Butterfly" or "Daydream" but both have a remix at the end of the album I don't like at all.

I didn't put Keane on my list there. I definitely meant to.

Also, 'Start Something' by Lostprophets usually gets played straight through.

steophonic wrote:Nirvana - Nirvana (Greatest Hits)
I'll go with that one too, it's all good stuff. I'd probably be inclined to stick a Beautiful South album in as well, although possibly not the one you two mentioned, I'm not too keen on 'Pockets' (or whatever it's called...), I'd probably go for 'Welcome To...', that was all decent and has 5 of their best tracks (IMO) on it.
