Girls’ Generation’s Sooyoung has signed with Echo Global Group, which also houses Daniel Henney, Dong Hyun Bae, Lee Jung Min, Bae Noo Ri, and others.
November 10, Echo Global Group announced the news, welcoming Sooyoung as the newest addition to the agency. Echo Global Group said that they will support Sooyoung’s activities as both an actress and a singer, and that if the conditions allow it, they will also support Sooyoung’s activities as a member of Girls’ Generation.
Early October, it was announced that Sooyoung, Seohyun, and Tiffany decided not to re-sign with SM Entertainment. At the time a source stated that Girls’ Generation would still remain a team, though with members being under different agencies it would be difficult.
