Vulnicura is top 40 pop in comparison, but this is the real deal. I absolutely adore it from start to finish now.

Okay so yeah, it does sound better on the second listen but it's still disappointing as a whole. Loss and Arisen My Senses are by far my faves, i actually think they are both quite brilliant. Sue Me also grew on me big time. Saint and Future Forever also sound quite good together, i like them.

On the second listen i only don't like Utopia, Features Creatures. Body Memory and Courtship but i don't know, something feels off, i don't like that i feel absolutely nothing with some of the songs. Gonna play it more definitely cause it does sound better now, so there's a chance all the songs grow on me. Still my least favorite album of her, such a shame :(
Pleasure over matter.

Don't give up! It took almost a whole week for me to appreciate it in its entirety.

I adore this album, don't get some of the harsh comments being said about it. IMO it's just as good as Vulnicura, which I thought was a masterpiece for the first 4 songs but dragged a bit in the second half.

There is some real beauty, Loss and Future Forever are my favourites. Does sound like she is saying "fart" though

Björk's music is so taxing to listen to, I can't see how anyone would find enjoyment in it!

Björk is like plain vodka: it takes a while to get used to the taste, but after a while you understand how great it is.

I haven't commented yet because I am beyond words. Time will tell, but at the moment...

Utopia is Björks best album!
I've never heard anything like it before.

I am stuck somewhere in between irritating and interesting. Probably it will be a grower with me. Too early to tell.

Hey you! See you in Utopia... :D

Bought tickets for her concert at Dalhalla (Rättvik) Sweden. The most perfect place for a Bjlrk time concert, google pictures.. surrounded by nature.

This album, I can't explain it.. but it's a new kind of beautiful. She has created this! I'm literally picking between this and Volta as contender for Best Björk album. The album flows... takes me to different places, without the use of svamp. I mean that's an achievment!

Björk. Tack! Thank you!

1. Utopia.
2. The Gate
3. Paradisia
4. Courtship
5. Blissing Me
6. Losss

Utopia... title track....

If I could find this place.. I'd leave everything. That intro is a godess calling.
The flutes... her most Scandinavian album?

Bird species... my son LOVES this track.
And her voice....

This is where Björk will perform in august 2018, Rättvik Sweden, arena is called Dalhalla.
I've been there before, and it's such a magical place... you have to drive for some time and then you enter the woods.
I freaking love the idea of seeing Björk there, can't wait!!! :D

The flutes and the bird sounds, out there in mother nature... Utopia - I love you!

^ read about the dalhalla gig today, one of my favourites (the tallest man on earth) played there, wish I could go

Blissing me has clicked big way, totally addicted, especially this new version with Serpentwithfeet, been listening to it on a loop for ages!!
Blissing should have been the lead instead of The Gate, much more interesting both lyrically and musically

I always found her music a bit hard to listen to at times, but she has released some gems like the wonderful All Is Full Of Love and Venus As A Boy

Utopia track is good though, and the video is just so Bjork, you just want to visit that place don't you?
