Courtney Barnett Announces New Album and Tour, Shares New Song: Listen

“Nameless, Faceless” is the first single from Tell Me How You Really Feel

After teasing new music earlier this week, Courtney Barnett has announced her new album. Tell Me How You Really Feel is out May 18 via Mom + Pop, Marathon Artists, and Barnett’s Milk! Records. She’s also shared a new song called “Nameless, Faceless.” Its chorus paraphrases a famous Margaret Atwood quote: “Men are afraid that women will laugh at them; women are afraid that men will kill them.” Listen to the track and find the LP’s tracklist below. Barnett is also hitting the road—check out her new U.S. dates. The new record follows her collaborative LP Lotta Sea Lice with Kurt Vile. It’s her first solo album since 2015’s Sometimes I Sit and Think, and Sometimes I Just Sit, which won the Australian Music Prize over Tame Impala, Royal Headache, and others.
