Raisman's floor excercise looked more impressive from a non-professional point of view. But Simone was exceptional as well so deserved.

Laura Trott becomes first British woman to win four Olympic gold medals after victory in omnium!

Just 24 years old, and so gracious and grounded. What an amazing athlete!! :o

^ It's crazy! Her fiancé, Jason Kenny now has six Gold medals. If they ever have kids, they better like cycling.

I can't believe how well Team GB have done this year. It's just phenomenal.

Really pleased to see more medals in Gymnastics and Diving today - probably my fave two disciplines, along with Swimming.

Brazil women volleyball team losing to China is shocking.
Elsewhere, Australia women basketball team ended their streak of five consecutive olympic medals.

Especially after a perfect first set for Brazil and a great groups phase. But all pundits were talking about how Lang Ping was hiding their potential and it's true. They woke up at the right time, to destroy Brazil.

Girls were trembling in the fifth set, not managed to serve twice in the decisive moments of the match.

Still shocked our c-team made it into the soccer semi-final, they're so messy.

A 3rd Gold for Canada, yay  They're hard to come by for us in the Summer Olympics
Unlike other things that wither, she preserves. She’s a constant in a world of relentless flux. She’s a beacon of immortality. Bitch, she’s Madonna.

For a U-23 team this squad is okay.

I so hope USA will get an upset in the men basketball. Their dominance is just unbearable to watch.

I watched most of the Campbell sister's flops and also several other Aussie flops in the pool. Also watched the women's soccer match the other day with Brazil which was devastating. The Aussies flopped when I watched them in beach volleyball and badminton as well. Today I watched 3 events where our athletes surged to an early lead only to flop in the end (mens 10km swim, womens bball, mens rowing).

I am legit a kiss of death. Gonna give up tbh.
Doesn't this already happen with your music faves? :P

Only the second time [after 1-5 loss to Brazil] in this Olympics Pia Sundhage decided not to go all defence and look what happened.
