Oh what conflict - the first four teams to be supported in here - and it's the four champions league contenders! Although it might as well be three after last night..

Arsenal.

Disappointed with our result against Barca. We were doing well until the ref Anders Frisk decided to make a name for himself by issuing a laughable red card to Drogba.

Very impressive result for Liverpool - didn't know they had it in them to play like that without Gerrard in the side.

Hope we can bring your lot back down to earth on Sunday! :P

In your dreams....

We won our 1st trophy of the season today - the league's as good as ours too (whatever Man U fans want to think).

Just need to beat Barca now to keep out treble dreams alive! :D

Ferris, whatever you say, we're 6 points behind you now, you still have to play us at Old rafford and Arsenal and we're in very good form. I tell thee, it's going down to the wire :o

Put it this way....I'm not losing any sleep over it. Yeah you've temporarily closed the gap to 6 points, but our game in hand is at home to West Brom.
I actually think that we'll have won the league by the time we play you. :P

I would prefer Chelsea to do the treble than United pick up anything, personally.

My heart was beating for about an hour last night in the FA Cup - so many chances for both sides and it was so nervewracking - it wasn't even the quarters and I'm getting nervous Sheff Utd were very very good but glad we pulled through!

I've got to admit that was one of the best 0-0's in quite a while.

Although I was supporting the underdogs - well I had to really

I am a part time / half assed supporter of Sheffield united as I live right next to Bramell Lane staium so I can tgo in local without boffing up on the latest or I would be shunned. I am pretty sad about losing to arsenal, it would have been so good to have won aswell!

P.S I love whatching the away supporters all go past my window with police escort, makes me chuckle everytime, especially when they shout at us like the nittingham ones did!

Ruuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuud!

I love this guy. It's amazing that we've done so well through his injury but then again we do have Cantona Mk II (according to Fergie!), Rooney! If onyl we hadn't had such an injury crisis at the beginning of the season. The team from the 1st premiership match of the season against Chelsea:

Howard; Neville G., Keane, Silvestre, Fortune (Richardson, 84); Miller (Bellion, 84), Djemba-Djemba (Forlan, 73), O’Shea, Giggs; Scholes; Smith.

At that point we were missing Rio, Heinze, Brown, Ronaldo, Saha, van Nistelrooy, Rooney to name but a few! I think people forget that when they look at our early season form.....

Well there... I was writing for the F1 thread...and I saw this thread. I hope you don't mind if I post the football team that I support, even if it's not from England  .
So, I support Juventus. That's my dream team, and today managed to keep once again the 1st place in the Italian Championship. xox.

[smug mode] Bit of a setback for Man U in their bid to catch us up the other day, eh guys? [/smug mode]

On a more serious note, can't wait for the Champions League games this week....anything can still happen in any of the ties! :D
