Yeah we were poor.
PSG played superb and should go on to win the thing. It was nice to watch them play but a shame it was against Celtic.

Great result.
With a bit of luck and better finishing, Celtic looked exciting.
I hope we can continue to play this way, two legs with Bayern will be the ultimate test, I just hope we can get a point against them at least.

Yeah last night was superb!
Maybe the first game in Europe that wasn't nervy to watch. Very pleased with the result and the way we played. Although we can get better too.

Celtic will later play St Johnstone later today with the chance to beat their own British record of 62 domestic games unbeaten...

The only grain of salt I see is how Sky Sports contracts undermines SPL financially, including Celtic.
Even back in the mid 00s Celtic could have been competitve against Man Utd (group stages of the CL proved that), now it's next to impossible.
We can only afford the transfer market leftovers and loan deals.

Get beaten is one thing, but 7-1 is not acceptable.
Domestic record is shiny and good, but we simply can't compete with the best in this unfair system of TV rights distribution when we get 1/100 of what Premier League teams have.

It's better than 7-0
Naw but it's not good enough. We need a better defence.

How can we compete though? SPL doesn't test Celtic defence enough, they lack the speed and the ball control to match the big boys like we used to even some 6-7 years ago.

We need a strong Rangers to push us. Hopefully Aberdeen can build and push on too but Scottish football wont get back to the 'glory days' unless we have a strong old firm.

Cup final today.
Brendan Rogers is looking to become the first Celtic manager to win the League Cup twice in a row since Jock Stein!
