Have you ever tried?

Tried it, do not like it. 'Regular' strength and endurance training gives me enough opportunities to push myself to the limit so that I can barely say my name.

Indeed, it is so addictive. I am so bored of regular gym training, I won't be bodybuilder even if I wanted to. So I am trying something new and here you have an opportunity to have the different classes every time you go to the box.

That's fun :)

a nice alternative for anyone that may find the crossfit training as not demanding enough, I would recommend something like the advanced TaeBo for a good cardio sweat, or just a basic training for any martial fighter (not the actual combat technique, just the general fitness). Having tried all of the mentioned, I'd pick training with kickboxers as my favorite.

As long as it is taken not that seriously it's fantastic way to train whole body. I know so many people that are too obsessed with being the best.

I wouldn't call myself obsessed, but I do really love this training and that feeling after workout is really special.

you never know, she did described CrossFit as very hard training, which is so I think she did tried but she gave up and stated to do boxing for better shape.

I am bad at imperial measures ... is that around 180kg? Pretty impressive!

That leads to more questions though  How many reps? How much do you weigh? Sorry for being so curious

We've been doing one-max-rep,

it was the 1st time I've been trying to find my maximum and didn't try to lift more in case I could make some damages to my body, I think I could lift a bit more. Also I've got bruises in my left knee and right wrist so I am not fully dextrous now

I weigh around 80kg... but I am slim person.

Its far from being phenomenal result but I am happy with the result, I am not a weightlifter, never been in my life.

Thanks - as said, I find it pretty impressive.

I have personally never tried finding 1RMs - the idea does not seem too much attractive to me, and there are actually calculation tools that can help you approximate that.

I am personally 72kg and my last achievement was 3 x 8 x 110kg (actually did it this morning for the first time ever) - with this my goal of deadlifting 1.5x my bodyweight is accomplished and I can now try to add more on the top of that.

The problem I have is that it is extremely hard for me to gain weight - and this limits what I can achieve in the gym as well ... but will continue trying

that's impressive Kuba :)
I'm doing deadlift with kettlebells, but 48kg, in 45 secs 10 - 15 reps, never tried to lift bigger weight tbh..

In work out we do reps with max 110kg. But loads of them.

Shame I've got those bruises I've mentioned, I can not do many work-outs at all.
