We've been doing one-max-rep,
it was the 1st time I've been trying to find my maximum and didn't try to lift more in case I could make some damages to my body, I think I could lift a bit more. Also I've got bruises in my left knee and right wrist so I am not fully dextrous now
I weigh around 80kg... but I am slim person.
Its far from being phenomenal result but I am happy with the result, I am not a weightlifter, never been in my life.
