Just recently discovered this show and it's hilarious, Anna Farris and Allison Janney are so fun.

Anyone else into this?

Loved the first season but stopped after watching the second season. It became a bit depressing and there are comedies that are much better out there.

I actually thought Season 1 was nice and I enjoyed watching it (although it is far from being my favorite Sitcom). I will definitely watch Season 2, too if it is going to be aired in Germany.

This has to be the most depressing sitcom on air right now, but I love it.

I love this show. It can be depressing and very crass.

Allison Janney is excellent.

I've just finished watching season 1. I've caught a couple of episodes of season 2 but need to watch it properly from the beginning.

People say it's depressing but I love how a comedy is brave enough to tackle serious issues and can still make them funny. That takes skill.

This season has been outstanding! I loved the last episode, especially Pressly's lines.

I sort of binge-watched the first two seasons over the past two weeks and I think it's a pretty terrific comedy! Bonnie is just hilarious - one of the funniest characters ever. I don't think it's depressing at all; I like the fact that sometimes the show delves a bit into serious, light drama territory because it makes it feel a bit more real than your standard laughs-for-laughs-sake sitcom.

I've watched about 8 episodes of the first season and am really enjoying it, but the cast is what makes the show great. I've long waited for Anna Faris to be on my TV screen more, and Alison Janney is fabulous in everything she does.

I'm really not enjoying season 2 as much. It seems like the serious storylines are overtaking the comedic element. I just watched the 3 parter (starting from when Bonnie hurts her back) and I barely laughed during all 3 episodes, too many dramatic moments.

I didn't like the season premiere. There were far more dramatic moments than comedic moments. I know it'll bounce back soon, though.

Another outstanding episode. Only something truly great could make you laugh in spite of all the horrible things on the news.

Two great episodes so far, I love the way they can deal with real and interesting topics but still have the laughs in there. I'm liking Emily Osments characters so far.

This seems to be what the show has turned into now. A comedy drama almost.

Much better episode last night. The Judy story was wrapped up nice and quickly without being too melodramatic and serious, and then Christy and Bonnie found themselves in the most random situation - which is exactly what a sitcom should be about! Nothing heavy, just fun - the episode flew by which is always a good sign.

I wonder if Roscoe and Violet will make many appearances now that neither of them are living with Christy.
