I’m actually enjoying AdultKevin much more than I’m enjoying AdultKate and AdultRandall at the moment.

Nope. His role seems to be the least reasonable tbh. Had it all happened after the injury, I'd get it, but he was mess since he was 3 year old.

But I do think the flashbacks justify (to an extent) his behaviour. His parents did pay more attention to the other two kids.

He said it best himself; "you're so busy making sure Kate's not eating too much and Randall's not too adopted."

And for a 7 year-old kid that sort of stuff can have long lasting effects.

That flash-forward... MIND = BLOWN! :o

Such an emotionally charged episode as expected, not fully how I thought it would pan out either. Rebecca Pearson is an incredible woman.

I wasn’t that mind blown by the flash forward but it was great. The girl who played Tess was really good here.

Rebecca Pearson is so incredible, I agree. Mandy Moore is faultless, she needs to get more awards. Everyone was so good.

What a horribly sad episode!
Mandy Moore was fabulous indeed, I have no idea why she has been overlooked so far regarding awards.

IMO the best performance on TV at the moment.

I did not see that flash forward coming. I think the reactions of them when they're older and how this has so deeply changed and impacted them was incredibly emotional.

Mandy More deserves an Emmy for her performance in this.

It hit me as soon as she said "I like fostering" or something to that extent.

Yeah, it's uncanny how much the actor who plays adult Tess looks so much like young Tess as well. That's great casting right there.

I didn't see it coming at all, should've learned from the first ever episode how they like to set up twists!

27 million saw sunday night’s episode. The highest post-SuperBowl viewing figures for a scripted show since House in 2008.

Wow :o how is this show not bigger in the UK? Channel 4 should repeat season 1 in a primetime slot before airing season 2.

I don’t know how it fared on C4 to be honest. I can’t imagine it being well treated. The programme would actually suit the BBC IMO.

C4 put it on at 10:35pm on a Tuesday, it's like they wanted it to fail!

BBC Two should buy it and air it at 9pm on a Sunday.

That would be great.

It’s on again tonight. Obviously it’ll only keep a fraction of the audience from the last episode. Dr K is in it as well so I’m guessing it’ll be emotional.
