Rak-Su are top on iTunes and are currently flooding the top ten there with other performance tracks.

Rak-Su were accused by many people on Twitter for not singing live in the final. The winner's single appears to be a live X-Factor recording and not a studio recording of the track as in previous years. The same cover as iTunes - stating "X-Factor recording" also appears on the Amazon site!

Simon clearly saving money this year by not booking studio time for the three artists.

The results are interesting. Clearly Rak-Su were winning most of the time, when you compare the percentages across the two nights, but Kevin and Lloyd did win once!
Grace at one point did very badly :o

I reckon they could go far. I haven't disliked any of their original material and tbh. Yeah if they mimed it's a bit shady, but the songs are what won it for them.

If it comes back, I'd like the sing off back. I like people going both nights so that can stay and I want them to do what they did in x factor us which was to show how they ranked after the votes.

So Rak-Su didn't make the top in the OCC chart!

Now they are not even top on iTunes!

You're saying that as if it's fallen loads. It's hasn't. It's number 2. And a number 2 debut after only 4 full days of sales Is pretty good.

Their sales were similar to Matt's and more than Louisa's, plus a higher peak than those two so I think they've done pretty well especially when you consider the terrible ratings this year.

Exactly and they held ed and Beyoncé off the number 1 spot on iTunes for nearly a full week

Sharon will apparently join the panel only for the live shows... what's the point? She contributes nothing anymore.

So it'll be Simon and three new judges... or will we just see re-hashes of the old crop? Cheryl will probably be back, someone from 1D (Louis I guess) and whichever female artist Simon deems to be "now".

A part of me think its all too easy to criticise Simon Cowell with the continued farce that is The x factor but i suspect it's more to do with ITV. I think its ITV that are insisting on keeping the show going, but Simon doesn't care because he knows he will make his money from another series no matter much it fails.

Rak-Su won last year and it seems they've already vanished off the face of the earth. I'd have thought they would've released a new track by now to try and maximise their chances of genuine chart success. Even Matt Terry managed to get one hit to his name and he was a dreadful winner imo.

I never understand people who think a show should be dropped just cos they don't like it.

5 mil people still watch it and enjoy it. If you don't like it just don't want it lol
