Already found things that annoy me.

I find The Voice on the whole to be quite flat in atmosphere, especially in the live shows when it lacks any tension. The blind auditions contain too much chatting - in half an hour we've seen two contestants!

^ Agreed.

There's SO much focus on the judges this year, didn't notice that last year - also, the backstories are cringe AF (X Factor level).

Judges seem to be the only beneficiaries of The Voice essentially.
There are barely any post-show hits from any acts from all of the UK seasons.

I enjoyed it actually! It might never produce a successful act but I prefer the vibe of the show more than X Factor’s and I always think the acts are more talented

Same old same old to me.

The back stories were laughable. "My family have been really supportive... I just want to do my son proud, he's my everything..." well, duh

Same. I forgot this was starting tonight but this sums up my feelings on the show quite well.

Olly Murs is talentless IMO. I’m cringing my because every single singer seems to be ‘giving him chills’. I’d rather hear Jennifer sing but not really a fan of her ‘extra’ attitude.

The talent seems weak compared to other years. I only really watch this to hear brilliant singers.

Jennifer needs to disappear. Absolutely despise her.... her attention seeking is beyond cringe. Can’t belieive she’s still trying to get the audience to sing Spotlight  She’s basically a one hit wonder

The singers are better than any other tv show I think, but it’s just a bit boring

P.s. Jake is an absolute 10/10 :P

I did cringe a bit at Jennifer wandering around singing Spotlight when she sang it last year...

Yeah, the Spotlight bit was cringe - that said, loved when she sang Aretha's Never Loved A Man with Tom thought:

In tonight's episode the bit with Olly and the lady in RED was classic TV. Just so funny. Tom and Jennifer faces during that were a scream

Cheers for the Sheffield lass getting 4 judges to turn. Or was she from Rotherham? Maybe both, or her back garden is!

It seems like everyone is 16/17 on this series, barely any older singers. Surely with the Voice Kids they should be steering away from the younger contestants?

Nobody has wowed me in the slightest so far.

Tom Jones's act "Ruti" won the Voice last night. She is already top on iTunes with a cover of the Cranberries Dreams. She also wins a recording contract with Polydor.
Will.I.Am's act came second a young 16 year old lad.

Ruti is great and has a lovely voice. She was the only one I liked out of the final few.
