I stopped watching this during the second half of the second season. It got so boring and cliche and boring again.
Should I catch up?

You definitely should! I started watching the series last month ago and I have just, eh..., watched the lastest episodes of season 5. I think I just got totally addicted to it. I really think that it's exciting as hell and since season 3 it's getting better in terms of characters and sense of humor, it's not that stereotypical again and most characters develop.

The last two episodes were stunning! I love the Dark One's performances and I want to see more of it!

I love everything about this show. So glad it's back for my weekly fix. I am loving Emma as the dark one. Both episodes have me very excited for the season now. I'm team Regina all the way. I adore Lana

Totally! Emma really picked up her game tonight, it's first time I thought she done a good job as The Dark One!

On a side note; the male cast is visually perfect. I've thought this since season 1 but every season they bring in someone new. This season it's Arthur :P

Though I doubted her at first, Jennifer has won me over with that last episode. Cracking actress.
I'm liking the Camelot story, and I'm also enjoying Belle not being Rumple's sidekick and getting in on the action more.

I found the last one a bit dull to be honest. Not much actually happened. Even though I'm enjoying this season, I'm hoping the stop they storyline blocking. And, as much as I know the show needs to evolve, I miss the days where we'd see the other people in Stroybrooke - Archie, Ruby, August, Sidney, Blue, dwarves, Tinkerbell etc.

I agree, I miss Ruby
I thought the episode was boring enough to too tbh, though I guess it was bound to slow down a bit eventually.

Why does she want Rumple back? He's lied to her so many times, she's so weak.

I did enjoy that the last episode was almost entirely character driven.

I've a feeling Emma is protecting them somehow. I don't think she's all she seems right now...

I was so incredibly thrilled when I realized that the latest episode featured plenty of scenes with my two least favourite characters, Belle and that annoying redhead! :-?

Oh I like Merida, she's lovely. And Belle's much better when she's not moping over Rumple. But I've gotta say how incredible Emilie De Ravin was at over-acting in that episode.

The Merida episode kinda bored me tbh

And all these twists...it takes a while for my brain to process everything but I think when I get a grasp on things I'll enjoy it more. That's not to say that I'm not enjoying it, it's just very jam packed right now!

Loved the last couple of episodes, Zelena gives me life every time
The Brave storyline is great, it makes me really wanna check out the movie.

So there are rumours that suggest the next half season is gonna include Hercules.
I knew Merida's father mentioning the underworld wasn't exactly random.

The first episode was brilliant, I didn't see the twist coming that he was the Dark One.
The second one was all right. I enjoyed knowing what happened to Ruby and I'm glad they actually have an explanation for why we haven't seen her. Her, Mulan and Merida were brilliant.
