ouch, forgot to check in here...

Sheryl - cool, The Globe Sessions is my fave album of hers, and she has so many gems scattered throughout her opus. my favourite song would be Oh Marie from her sophomore

Bjork - used to looove her, kinda went off her in recent years, but I still enjoy the music sometimes. Vespertine is mesmerizing and beautiful from start to end, my fave

Sia - I was a huge fan before, and still am when it comes to her pre-2011 stuff. ever since Titanium she's been disappointing and distancing me, now I find her ok, but mildly annoying, with an occasional decent song (but still inferior to her old stuff). We Are Born is the album that got me into her, her best pop effort, and Colour the Small One is just a pure masterpiece

Carly - love some songs on Emotion, glad she's evolving and doing her best.

Joni - loooove her, brilliant and beautiful artist, one of the biggest musical geniuses of our world. can't really decide on my favourite album by her, though I most often enjoy the 90s period surprisingly

JHud - only heard the last album (has some nice bops) and her early singles, I find her personality really funny and nice, I wish she had a bit better music and use of her voice

Kelis - became a fan during Flesh Tone, that album & Food are great works. her R&B stuff I'm less into, but I love some songs on those albums too

The Glove Sessions is great but for some reason I prefer her debut - its probably because it was what introduced me to her.

I find Bjork very hit and miss - shes placed so high because of the hits and her creativity but sometimes I just dont enjoy her music.

I adore Sia's old music, although 1000FOF is my favourite album. She would've placed higher had she not released This is Acting as I found it quite disappointing aside from a song or two.

I adore Emotion

I think my favourite Joni era was definitely in the 70s - stunning songwriter throughout her career though.

I think her last album was possibly her weakest. Her best effort by far was I Remember Me - standouts like Believe, I Got This, I Remember Me etc

I think Kelis' first two and last two albums are definitely her best!

Janelle - love Electric Lady, has some great tunes, not as into the previous album. she's cool!

Dixie Chicks - used to like them a lot in high school, still occasionally enjoy them. they have some really nice songs and lyrics. and their harmonies are bliss. my fave song is probably Top of the World even though it's not their original. it's a gorgeous rendition

NAO is cool, getting into her.
Bjork is a great creative, love listening to her when I'm in the mood.
Missy and Kelly have some catchy songs I like.
Sia has a good voice but her later music annoys me somehow.
Carly is cute, can't click with her yet though.
Annie Lennox is amazing, great voice, used to think she was boring but nope!
Joni is a joy, her voice, her talent...just wonderful. Do you like this song...

...a fave from her at present.
Kelis always keeps it fresh, love her too.
Janelle is cool, enjoyed her first two albums in particular.
Lily is so much fun, always like listening to her, she is cute and has clever lyrics to boot.
Dolly has a great twang and flutter in her voice, should listen to her more.
Amy was good too, I like her voice, RIP.

Great list so far, keep it up, nice read too. :D

Kate Bush is glorious, I love her so much, I have so many favourites.

Have you heard "The Dreaming" album? This is one of it's crazy and wonderful cuts.

Marina, yes she is clearly influenced by Kate, I like her voice but her music is hit and miss for me, I like her more when she doesn't try to be too poppy.

Lauryn has a great voice.

Kate is amazing. fave album is probably her debut! how come you don't like Tori Amos? if you're up for recommendations, check From the Choirgirl Hotel or Little Earthquakes

Marina is one of my favourite artists of all time, discovered her back in high school, have been a fan ever since

Alicia - used to dislike her, now slowly converting, loved HERE and also some cuts from her other albums, like Brand New Me or Unthinkable

Erykah - exploring her still, but she's very cool and talented. love On & On, Bag Lady and Window Seat

Monica - not into her that much, but I love Forever Always and discovered & liked So Gone in my current survivor

Ciara - enjoyed the Jackie album, and I Bet is my favourite Ciara song, stunning. also like her early bops.

Brandy - also not familiar with her, but I love some songs, namely Afrodisiac and I Wanna Be Down
