Erm, being new around here, someone's gonna have to explain to me how the UK mix chart works - do we have to pick tracks off a shortlist, or can we pick any recent or impending commerical tracks?

Anyway, my top five would be:

Mary Griffin - Without You
ATC - All Around the World (La, La, La, La, La)
Paul Oakenfold - Southern Sun
Kylie - Love At First Sight
DJ Shog - This is my sound

Hope that's OK - regards,

Sorry, maybe i'll have to put that at the top of every chart. You choose any five songs - from the lists at the top. Hope that helps. Basically if a song is listed at the top (whether in the chart, as a "dropped out", a "missed song" or a new release, you can vote for it.

Matthew - do you think there is any way of persuading aneta or whoever to make the UKMIX chart into its own webpage on the site, where users pick 5 songs of a certain list by clicking on five 'radio buttons' next to each song title (if you know what i mean). I think this is quite a good idea, just a bit time consuiming.
What do people think?

I personally think that is an amazing idea - particularly as you then can't see what other people have voted for. The problem is that to update it, I'd have to have access to the safe server - which at the moment, I don't have.

Yeah great idea - Matthew couldn't you get someone else to update the chart - someone who had the safe server?

Okay, we're keeping on this format for the time being. This chart is now closed, and forgive me for it'll take a bit of time to do the new chart - I've not got access to my spreadsheet I'd normally use - got to create a new one from scratch.
