Good chart, but can you call people like justin Timberlake and Nick Carter who have been in boy bands newcomers?

Jlo I think u nailed it with ur top 20....I was glad to see Nickelback, Michelle Branch and thhe like towards the top.

Glad to see people mentioning the likes of Amy Studt and the Alice Band. I would be mentioning a similar list to everyone else on here, I guess, although I certainly wouldn't mention Justin - either as a newcomer or as one of my favourites!

Yeah, they are newcomers for UK market only.
They have existed for some time :)

Out of all of those lists there are actually quite a few acts that aren't newcomers but have just either gone solo or have just recently had a massive hit!

I know-but they're the top 30 artists who I think have all shined for the first time this year.
