Dear oh dear..you guys just can't seem to get your finger on what are the worst tracks of the year.

Let me help you!

80 Ian Van Dahl-Reason
ugh..so fed up of this track being blasted out of boy racers windows all year.

79 Ronan Keeting & Lulu-We've Got Tonight
Bland, boring ballad from two pompous mongers.

78 Kelly Llorena-Tell It To My Heart
In the video she looked like someones Auntie who's embarassing herself by getting up and having a dance, sit down and shut up!

77 Bjork-Cocoon
I hope she knows what she's going on about cause I ain't got a clue!

76 Rob Dougan-Clubbed To Death
I just didn't get this one at all!

75 Celine Dion-A New Day Has Come
Have you seen her face in this video? Ahh the genius that is the airbrush!

74 Vines-Outtathaway
First of many of this kind of crap!

73 Hampenberg-Ducktoy
Quack Crap!

72 Robbie Williams-Feel
I loathe the guy-this was so boring, he thinks he can release any old crap now he's a "superstar"

71 Vines-Get Free
yawn

70 H & Claire-All Out Of Love
Don't they get it? Nobody likes them anymore-give it up already you losers!

69 Ronan Keeting-If Tomorrow Never Comes
Possibly the most sickening record of the year!

68 Nakatomi-Children Of The Night
Cheesy naffness

67 S Club-Alive
Apparantly this one is similar to 'Don't Stop Moving' - if they're gonna copy their big success at least do it right! This was bland rubbish.

66 Milk Inc.-Walk On Water
Dire

65 Prodigy-Baby's Got A Temper
Never was much of a fan, but this was awful!

64 Eminem-Lose Yourself
Mr Ego himself, this took the rap out of crap

63 Elton John-Original Sin
Even putting Mandy Moore in the video couldn't save this!

62 Backstreet Boys-Drowning
I hope they will!

61 Ozzy Osbourne-Dreamer
What the hell was this??

Though I luv your review of "Without Me"!

You can say that again. And surprise hes got the best selling album of the year.

Also I liked Dreamer as well. It was almost touching to see Ozzy as vulnerable!

Sorry, but the Rob Dougan track was amazing once you got into it - a nice change. Ronan suddenly did an amazing track, Ozzy showing his sensitive side wasn't all that bad. Eminem????? That track was good, but Elton John  How dare you?

I think The Vines are pure awesome. Raw rock with no holds barred, intense to listen to and thoroughly rewarding.

ok lets get some more down:

60 Incubus-Wish You Were Here
Boring rock crud.

59 Oasis-Little By Little
Depressingly Dull.

58 P!nk-Family Portrait
Irritating song-irritating video-irritating woman!

57 Bowling For Soup-Girl All The Bad Guys Want
Been done over and over again!

56 X-Ecutioners-It's Going Down
Basically Linkin Park with a few choice scratch noises.

55 Enrique Iglesias-Hero
I didn't mind 'Love To See You Cry' or 'Maybe' but it was the first 2 songs this year that made me want to shoot him, this being the worst.

54 Iron Maiden-Run To The Hills
Surprise top 10 entry, gone and probably quickly forgotten.

53 Will Young & Gareth Gates-Long and Winding Road
Didn't like the original, don't like this.

52 Vines-HIghly Evolved
The highest of 3 putrid Vines tracks.

51 Britney Spears-I'm Not A Girl
Usually Britney tracks don't bother me, but this was grotesque, I thought the title would be more apt as 'I'm not a girl...I'm a man'

50 Kelly Llorena-Heart Of Gold
The naffest piece of dance music of the year.

49 A-Nothing
Starbucks didn't bother me-this did, always on in our college canteen-far too noisy when you're tryint to tuck into a prawn mayonaise bun and a fanta!

48 Rammstein-Ich Will
Why they felt the need to release this here I don't know-we have enough English rubbish of our own!

47 Rammstein-Feuer Frei
Same goes for this one-can't really tell them apart!

46 H & Claire-DJ
The first few seconds sound promising-until it morphs into the usual Steps pantomime.

45 S Club Juniors-Automatic High
The first of 2 from these annoying little brats.

44 Trucks-It's Just Porn Mom
A case of, let's use a naughty word like 'porn' in the title to sell a few copies.

43 POD-Alive
Give me Rammstein over this anyday!

42 KORN-Thoughtless
Notice a patern with these identical rock bands yet?

41 Westlife-Unbreakable
And here's the biggest rock band of them all! Err.. Actually this is the only Westlife song in my top 80, this seems to go on and on forever! Which is something they will hopefully not!

I like MILK INC and IAN VAN DAHL.

They seem to be refreshing the heavily americanized and oftentimes stuffy UK chart.

Why are you ppl put this on your worst song lists?? Am I the only one (again) who likes this song?? I thought "Are You In" was "Boring rock crud"!!

You may be correct on that, but that didn't stop me from putting that on my top 40 of 2002!

yeah i recall someone else mentioning 'wish you were here' in their chart. i think it's a great song. gotta love incubus.

i gotta disagree w/you having those 2 songs from The Vines on here also. those tracks rock!

shaney love, you should sit down and listen to 'lose yourself' a few times (i have a feeling that won't happen :D ) you will grow to love it. i really really love that song.

Let me see how many songs here I like:

75. A New Day Has Come (although not as good as other Celine songs)
72. Feel
64. Lose Yourself (probably my favourite Eminem songs)
62. Drowning
61. Dreamer (definitely something different from Ozzy)
60. Wish You Were Here
58. Family Portrait (although not as much as other Pink songs)
55. Hero (although it's the remix I like; the original's kind of boring)
51. I'm Not A Girl, Not Yet A Woman

Another 20 to go then...

40 Pet Shop Boys-Home And Dry
Yuk..completely dull.

39 Celion Dion-I'm Alive
Hate her and her scraggy old face and her stretched old neck!

38 KORN-Here To Stay
Just don't understand the appeal!

37 System Of A Down-Aerials
..and again

36 Scooter-The Logical Song
Eugh, annoying high pitched vocals, crappy Europap!

35 Nickelback-Too Bad
Don't like the man, I thought this was far too "easy" and nothing special.

34 Rik Waller-Something Inside So Strong
The joke of the year!

33 Eminem-Without Me
Another of his dire singles down then, this is Eminem really bigging himself up, for no other reason than him being a big head!

32 Sum 41-Still Waiting
Yet another clone

31 Scooter-Nessaja
Great if you're 13! Not so great if you're 17!

30 Lightening Seeds-3 Lions 2002
Thought the original was annoying, thought the follow up was terrible, thought the 3rd time was desperate!

29 Blue-One Love
Sorry but the line "one love...for the hip hop beats" just makes me cringe!

28 Tenacious D-Wonderboy
I don't find these funny at all, I think they need to grow up a little! They remind me of that Avid Merrion jerk we have of our own!

27 Afroman-Crazy Rap
There's only one word to describe this, tuneless!

26 Rik Waller-I Will Always Love You
And here's an example of how to ruin one of the alltime greatest singles!

25 Creed-My Sacrafice
His voice makes me want to slit my wrists and then fill them up with runner beans!!

24 Elton-This Train Don't Stop There Anymore
I'm sure Elton loved to see Justin squeezing himself into his body ;) But this track was so bland that even Justin in the video couldn't help it!

23 Billy Bragg-Take Down The Union Jack
The track they all wanted banned! For different reasons to me!

22 S Club Juniors-New Direction
And this was by far the worst S Club Juniors track of the year, but their babysitters still have another to come...

21 DJ Aligator Song-The Whistle Song
Scooter clones.

Eminem  :x  :x  :x
Elton John

HaHa! Now you know what it feels like eh?

ok here's the next 5 piles of puke..

20 David Gray-The Other Side
His voice goes through me! He is so boringly bland!

19 John Otway-Bunson Burner
Possibly the worst idea since Michael Jackson took a shortcut past the local cosmetic surgery on the way to the playground!

18 Ant & Dec-We're On The Ball
These guys really bug me, and apparantly their annoying "niceness" is all an act and they'r really rude in reality!

17 Oasis-Stop Crying Your Heart Out
This track is so depressing I want to flush it down the loo!

16 Liam Lynch-United States Of Whatever
What is it? Is it a song? Is it a what???

20. David Gray      Another of the greatest songs of the whole year there.

19. John Otway - Ah, come on, that was funny, wasn't it? :P

18. Ant and Dec - There were MUCH worse football songs this year - you just won't have heard them!

17. Oasis - From us winning the cup, to us losing it. This really was a good tune. How could you?????

16. :o WHATEVER.

No point in hanging around then...

15 Linkin Park-High Voltage
I can't bare their voices, hate them, hate this!

14 Ronan Keeting-Love It When We Do
The highest of 3 from him, this song was so unbearably naff!

13 Slipkot-My Plague
Diabolical, shouldn't have been allowed.

12 DJ Otzi-Hey Baby 2002
Eeek! DJ Otzi back in the top 10 when we thought we'd seen the back of him!

11 Shaggy & Ali G-Me Julie
JULIEEEE, eeek! Poor Shaggy has become king of the novelty song!

The top 10 to follow, 2 artists still have 2 songs ahead.

I agree with you on "The Logical Song", "Hey Baby" and "United States Of Whatever" (wtf do ppl see in this song? All he does is just talk and irritatingly at that!)....and I think I pretty much agree with your 40-21 as well....so there's no complaints from me this time around (cept maybe for Eminem)....
Let's embrace the point of no return.
