Great to see so many good songs in your top 10 - especially Paloma, N.O.R.E., Stefflom Don, Haim and Ke$ha. I checked out the Dej Loaf songs and they're actually great!

1 Stefflon Don ft.French Montana - Hurtin’ Me 1 4 22 26

In its fourth week on my chart Stefflon Don secures her first chart topper with "Hurtin Me" and in doing so makes French Montana the first artist of the year to have 2 chart toppers on my chart, following "Unforgettable" earlier this year. She is the first female rapper to top my chart as lead artist since Missy Elliott's "WTF" 2 years ago. Speaking of female rappers there's new peaks for both Dej Loaf's current hits as "No Fear" leapfrogs "Changes", now at no.7 and no.11, while Lin-Manuel's debut charity effort "Almost Like Praying" is now up to no.4.

The weeks highest new entry also finds a place in my top 10, giving Riton a first top 10 hit at no.8 with "Deeper". It marks their third hit in total with "Rinse & Repeat" making no.11 in 2016 and "Money" making no.16 earlier this year. It's also a 7th hit for MNEK, and a third top 10 following the Duke Dumont feature "Hold On", a no.8 in 2013 and "Every Little Word", a 2014 no.1. "Deeper" takes an old Aretha Franklin sample a song that not only gives both Eddie Thoneick and Corenell previous hits, but topped the chart for DJ Tiesto and Anastacia back in 2011 on "What Can We Do (A Deeper Love)".

There's also a 7th hit for rapper Angel, and highest charting as lead artist as "Take You Home" enters at no.15. Though his feature on Fuse ODG's "TINA" did manage no.7 in 2014, his previous highest solo effort came in 2012 when "Time After Time" made no.20.

Eamon has been absent from my chart for 11 years, but this week returns with "I Got Soul" at no.17. Ofenbach & Nick Waterhouse both make their debut as "Katchi" enters at no.22 and boyband Citizen Four also get their first hit with "My Name Is (Say It)" at no.27, it heavily samples Destinys Child's 2000 no.1 "Say My Name".

There's a 5th hit for Cheat Codes at no.28 and "Feels Great", they peaked on Robin Schulz and David Guetta collaboration "Shed A Light" which made no.5 last year and this one follows the no.37 peak of "No Promises" earlier this year. This one also gives Fetty Wap and CVBZ their chart debuts.

Mabel had a top 10 hit with "Thinking Of You", making no.7 last year, but has only had 2 minor hits since, this week she gets a fourth entry with a much better start as "Begging" enters at no.31. Peking Duk get their third hit at no.32, "Let You Down" directly follows "Fake Magic" which made no.28 a few months back. The new one features Icona Pop, giving them a 6th chart appearance.

Amber Mark recently made no.2 with "Heatwave" and now follows it with "Lose my Cool" in at no.36.

2 time chart topper Tiesto returns at no.40 with "Carry You Home", stretching his chart history out for 16 years now. The new one is the first since "Summer Nights" made no.16 last Summer. The collaboration marks a 4th credit to Stargate and 5th for Aloe Blacc.

Finally, Gabrielle Aplin has so far either reached no.5 on my chart ("Home" and "Salvation"), or failed to chart at all, but this week she breaks that pattern and enters at no.49 with "Say Nothing".

2 Riton vs.MNEK & House Gospel Choir - Deeper 2 8
1 Stefflon Don ft.French Montana - Hurtin’ Me 1 1 4 22 26

The week ends with Stefflon Don holding onto the top spot with "Hurtin Me" for a second week, but hot on her heels we have Riton and MNEK moving closer at no.2 with "Deeper". It appears to be close to giving MNEK his second chart topper, following 2014's "Every Little Word". Also in the top 10 there's new peaks for Lin-Manuel Miranda (no.3), Dej Loaf (no.6), Jessie J (no.8) and Tove Lo, who moves "Disco Tits" up to no.10, it gives her a second top 10 hit, trailing only 2014's no.2 "Stay High".

Angel, Eamon and Shakka all move towards my top 10, and the highest new entry comes in at no.19. It's for Josh Gibbons who managed no.22 earlier in the year with his version of "PYT", his new one, "Sunglasses In The Rain", is only the second charting song to feature Sunglasses in the title, coming 15 years since Tiga & Zytherius "Sunglasses At Night".

Firebeatz made no.20 back in 2013 with "Wonderful" and finally follow it up with "Show Me Your Love", new at no.21 this week, it also gives Lucas & Steve an impressive 8th entry to my chart in just 18 months, 3 of which went top 20, with their peak coming at no.11 where they reached with "Up Til Dawn (On The Move)"

Another that's had to wait for their dance follow up hit is Camelphat, their only previous hit, "Hollywood" made no.31 back in 2014, they do a little better this time with "Cola" new at no.22, ahead of Emily Middlemas, Cheat Codes and Mabel who all advance towards my top 20.

Joining them is a 6th hit for Loreen and "Jungle", new at no.30, it's her third hit this year, and sits between "Body", which made no.44 and "Statements" which gave her a second no.1. This one gives Elliphant her 4th chart appearance, her peak coming in 2015 when her feature on Major Lazers "Too Original" made no.2.

Amine makes his debut at no.34 with "Spice Girl" and there's a 6th hit for producer Felix Jaehn at no.37 with "Like A Riddle", his peak was remixing Omi's "Cheerleader", a no.7 in 2015.

8 years since Jason DeRulo made no.7 with his debut hit "Watcha Say", he's since had 25 hits on my chart including the 2 no.1s "Dont Wanna Go Home" (2011) and "The Other Side" (2013) as well as 9 further top 10 hits, including this years no.4 peaking "Swalla". His latest, "If I'm Lucky" starts this week at no.41.

Finally this week, after a handful of top 20 hits from her 2006 debut, Brooke Hogan failed to chart at all from her 2009 follow up, but a decade since her last appearance, "Taste Like Summer" is new at no.47.

2 Riton vs.MNEK & House Gospel Choir - Deeper 2 2 8
1 Stefflon Don ft.French Montana - Hurtin’ Me 1 1 1 4 22 26

The top 2 remains unchanged this week with Stefflon Don holding the top spot for a third consecutive week. New to the top 3 is Amber Mark who flies up to no.3 with "Lose My Cool" giving her a second top 3 hit just weeks after "Heatwave" made no.2. Jessie J moves up to no.4 with "Real Deal" while Tove Lo and Eamon also improve at no.6 and no.10.

As Shakka moves closer to the top 10 at no.14, the highest new entry this week follows at no.15 and it's a third hit for Nadia Rose. "Big Woman" follows on from "Tight Up" which made no.10 earlier this year. Also in the top 20 a climb for Camelphat and Elderbrook who are now at no.20 with "Cola".

There's a 6th hit for duo, Nervo this week at no.21. "Loco", which takes a sample of a classic piece, "Asturias", most famously used on Jam & Spoon's 90s hit "Right In the Night". Nervo have so far only gone higher with "Let It Go" which made no.19 last year.

Matrix & Futurebound were on a bit of a roll with back to back hits from 2012-2016 including the no.3 hits "Magnetic Eyes" and "Fire", but after failing to chart with their last release, "Light Us Up", they return this week at no.26 with "Human" giving Matrix a 7th hit in total.

Rounding off the top 30 this week is a return for 2 frequent chart toppers. N*E*R*D topped my chart 5 times between 2001-2010 while Rihanna has had 8 number ones between 2005-2011. The 2 unstoppable forces unite this week to enter at no.30 with "Lemon". Rihanna was last around earlier this year when her feature on DJ Khaled's "Wild Thoughts" made no.4, while NERD haven't appeared since 2010 no.1 "Hypnotize You"

Former Danity Kane member Dawn Richard had back to back hits with "SMFU" (no.29, 2011) and "Faith" (no.39, 2012), but hasn't been seen since. This week she finally gets a third hit as "Stopwatch" starts at no.31. Elkie Brooks is not a name we hear much of these days, but she has just released her Greatest Hits album and from it she releases 1979 Disco album track, "The Rising Cost Of Love" to give her a first entry to my chart at 72 years old.

Finally this week there's a 12th hit for Jessie Ware who gets a third top 40 hit from latest album with "Alone" at no.35, it directly follows "Midnight" (no.32) and "Selfish Love" (no.33). These tracks are a bit off peaking singles from her first 2 albums with "Imagine It Was Us" making no.1 in 2013 and "Say You Love Me" reaching no.4 in 2014.

2 Amber Mark - Lose My Cool 2 3 35 36
1 Stefflon Don ft.French Montana - Hurtin’ Me 1 1 1 1 4 22 26

Holding on for a fourth straight week now it's Stefflon Don's "Hurtin Me", making it the longest running chart topper since Harry Styles managed 8 weeks in the Spring. Amber Mark creeps up to no.2 with "Lose My Cool" now equalling the peak of her debut, "Heatwave". Matrix & Futurebound get their fourth top 10 hit this week as "Human" moves up to no.4, just behind the no.3 peaks of "Magnetic Eyes" and "Fire", but above the no.6 peak of "Control".

Eamon and Angel also improve at no.5 and no.10, their career bests so far. While the highest new entry comes in at no.9, a 5th top 10 hit for Miguel. "Told You So" is the follow up to "Shockandawe" which made no.7 a few weeks back, though his peak is still featured on Mariah Carey's no.5 hit "#Beautiful".

Icona Pop topped my chart back in 2013 on "I Love It" and this week get a 7th hit with "They're Building Walls Around Us" at no.12, their only other to go higher was 2015's "Emergency" which made no.8. Nervo move up to no.17 to get their highest peak yet with "Loco" and there's a 4th hit for Raye at no.20 with "Decline". She went higher featuring on Jax Jones "You Don't Know Me" (no.9) and Jonas Blue's "By Your Side" (no.11). It's also a second hit for Mr Eazi, following his no.16 feature on Riton's "Money". The song borrows heavily from Ashanti's "Foolish" which made no.2 back in 2002.

Tavi Castro managed no.7 last year with "So Serious", and now follows it up with "Moonlight" new at no.21.

Jay Sean's peak came in 2003 when he featured on Rishi Rich's no.1 "Dance With You", recently he's been around the top 30 mark with last years "Make My Love Go" reaching no.29 and this years "Do You Love Me?" making no.28, the same place that latest release "What You Want" enters, it gives credit to Davido, who like Mr Eazi also featured on Riton's "Money".

The Knocks get their 6th hit this week with "House Party" entering at no.29, last years "Kiss The Sky" with Wyclef Jean is their best performer so far making no.13.

There's also a 5th hit for Klingande at no.31, though all their others have gone higher so far, including 2014's no.12 "Jubel". Latest hit "Pumped Up" samples Foster The People's "Pumped Up Kicks" which failed to chart here, though a version by Usher made no.27 in 2012.

The Bunt remix of OneRepublic's "Lets Hurt Tonight" made no.21 earlier this year, now they chart on their own accord with "On My Way" new at no.34. Chromeo get a 7th hit with "Juice" their peak came in 2011 when "When The Night Falls" made no.6.

Bright Light Bright Light reached no.36 earlier this year with "Running Back To You", they equal that position this week with "Put A Little Love In Your Heart" meanwhile further down the top 50 there's debuts for Cliq and Felix Snow.

1 Jason DeRulo ft.French Montana - Tip Toe 1

So after four weeks on top, Stefflon Don is pushed down to no.3 by another song to feature French Montana, "Tip Toe" by Jason DeRulo. "Hurtin Me" made Montana the first act of the year to have 2 number ones, and now before anyone else can make a second, he has his third. The track gives DeRulo his 26th charting hit and third chart topper following 2011's "Dont Wanna Go Home" and 2013's "The Other Side".

SeeB were close to getting a third no.1 this week following "Under Your Skin" from earlier this year and "What Do You Love?" from last year, but instead their 8th hit just misses out at no.2, "Cruel World" is also a fourth hit this year for Skip Marley who made the same position when featured on Katy Perry's "Chained To The Rhythm" earlier this year.

Icona Pop finally score a second top 5 hit as "They're Building Walls Around Us" shoots up to no.5, only outpeaked by 2013 chart topper "I Love It".

LeAnn Rimes latest album "Remnants" has given her a bit of a comeback on my chart with "How To Kiss A Boy" making no.19 and then "Love Is Love Is Love" going as high as no.9, this week a remix package of "Love Line" helps her get the albums third top 20 hit as it starts at no.19, it's her first album to provide 3 top 20 hits since 2000's "I Need You".

Tavi Castro and Nervo climb inside the top 20, and there's one more new entry, a 9th hit for Sigma at no.18 with "Forever". It matches 2015's "Glitterball", but is so far behind the no.2 peak of last years "Coming Home", everything else has peaked outside of my top 30. The song also gives Quavo his third charting hit following features on top 10 hits for Major Lazer and DJ Khaled earlier this year.

The Saturdays have seen solo hits last year for Una Healy (no.37) and Vanessa White (no.38), this week the third one arrives in the form of Mollie King starting at no.27 with "Hair Down". The group had 14 hits between 2008-2014 including the no.3 "What About Us?", no.4 "Up" and no.5 "Gentleman".

Singer Jones gets her debut hit this week as "Something Bout Our Love" is new at no.28. Elbow peaked with a live lounge cover of Amerie's "One Thing", making no.23 in 2005, this week their first hit since "One Day Like This" made no.50 in 2008, as their cover of The Beatles "Golden Slumbers" is new at no.31. It's the latest John Lewis Christmas advert song to chart, so far behind last years Vaults "One Day I'll Fly Away" which made no.24, the advert tradition provided 2 top 5 hits so far for Ellie Goulding's "Your Song" making no.2 in 2010 and Tom Odell, a no.4 in 2014 with another Beatles song "Real Love".

Bruno Martini made no.30 earlier this year on "Never Let Me Go", the follow up, "Road" is new at no.35 and finally the return of The Wombats who topped my chart in 2008 with "Backfire At The Disco" they followed it with no.2's "My Circuitboard City" in 2009 and "Tokyo (Vampires & Wolves)" in 2010, but 2015 album "Glitterbug" peaked only with "Give Me A Try" making no.23. Their latest single "Lemon To A Knife Fight" starts off quietly at no.38.

LeAnn Rimes, Miguel, Tove Lo and Riton vs MNEK are the best ones nearer the top.

JONES needs to climb.

2 Jason DeRulo ft.French Montana - Tip Toe 2 1
1 SeeB & Skip Marley - Cruel World 1 2

There's a change of hands at the top with SeeB climbing up to get a third no.1 with "Cruel World", they follow French Montana to become the second act this year to have two chart toppers, following "Under Your Skin". Icona Pop moves up to get a second top 3 hit with "They're Building Walls Around Us" at no.3, Nervo get their first top 10 hit as "Loco" is up at no.7. Sigma get their second top 10 hit as "Forever" is up at no.8 and it's a 13th top 10 hit for LeAnn Rimes and second this year as "Love Line" is now at no.10.

Ina Wroldsen was on top of my chart around this time last year featured on Martin Solveig's "Places", she also made no.24 in 2015 on Calvin Harris "How Deep Is Your Love?", this week she gets a first hit of her own as "Stronger" enters at no.11. There's a fourth hit for Joe Stone, he topped my chart last year with Ferreck Dawn on "Sublime", a take on Mariah Carey's "Someday", he made no.3 in 2015 on "The Party", a take on Montell Jordans' "This Is How We Do It" and also made no.45 last year on "Man Enough", a take on the Toni Braxton classic. This week he enters at no.16 with "Let's Go Together", which borrows from Change's song of the same name from the 80s.

Another act that like to make use of a sample is KBM who reached no.3 in 2015, an interpretation of Sugar Hill Gangs "Rappers Delight", they return with a third hit, "Stop Playig", new at no.23 it borrows from Madonna's "Borderline". Cadenza reached no.49 last year with "People" and follow it up this week with "Parking Spot", new at no.27, it gives Yxng Bane his first charting hit and a second for Shenseea, who appeared on Offaiah's no.2 hit "Run This Town" earlier this year.

Natasha Bedingfield topped my chart 5 times between 2004-2008 but has not been seen in 6 years, last appearing here when "Shake Up Christmas" made no.35 in 2011. This week "Hey Boy" enters at no.33.

There's a fourth hit for Giorgio Moroder. He made no.5 in 2015 with "Deja Vu", this week "Champagne, Secrets & Chanel" is new at no.34. They first charted in March last year when "Make It Right" made no.23, now Lucas & Steve get their 9th charting hit as "Keep Your Head Up" starts at no.39 and with it giving Firebeatz their third entry.
