luckyONE wrote:Yes, I also saw her on the MDNA World Tour but had to travel about 400km and although I thought it was a brilliant Show, I wouldn't have travelled to Cologne again just to see her. So I was happy when the Show in Mannheim was announced (it's only about 50km away from my parents house).

Same about Laura!

Yes, the SAP Arena is quite big, I think about 12,5k People can fit in. It has become popular in the last few years to give concerts there (P!nk, Ed Sheeran, Roxette, Imagine Dragons, Marteria, Sade, Kylie Minogue, Tina Turner, Bruno Mars, Whitney Houston all gave Performances there already, also a lot more but those are the one's I can think of right now), so it's good to finally have Madonna here! :D I hope Rihanna and Alicia Keys follow the same path for their next world tours. :)

Such a shame the final Show got cancelled. How stupid can People be? ...
And what I find disgusting is that there's this meme of Darya saying "GNTM final cancelled due to bomb warning" ... I mean I don't like her but this is tasteless.
Wow, 400km is A LOT. The Hallenstadion (where she plays this time) is only ~18 km away from where i live, so i should be very happy about that :)

Ah good to know. 12,5k is really a lot. The Hallenstadion has space for around 13-14k people, i think, and it's an usual place for concert (like the ones you named, i even saw Ed & Bruno there). I'd love to see Rihanna as well! I thought she would tour again this year

Yeah i know. I'm not as excited for the upcoming final as i was for the one last week. I still hope there'll be a performance by Lena, i'd loved to see that!

..

Another two great new entries this week, really liked them both!
Lena's new single is so damn addictive, can't get enough of it. As stevyy said, her whole new album is truly amazing, you should check it out. Also, it has lots of songs that could be by Ellie Goulding, and you seem to love her, so that's another reason why you should check Lena's album out

Yes and I think it was the last time for a Long time that I will travel so far for a concert only.
I live in Stuttgart and it's only about 10 minutes with public Transportation to the "Schleyer Halle" where the stars usually Play. 8-) So I hope she Comes here next time (and my other favorite artists, too!).

Yes, I already listened to it and think it's pretty nice although she still cannot top her debut Album for me... The Album will debut soon on my Charts, her latest Albums made it to #1 (My Cassette Player & Good News) and #2 (Stardust). Let's see if her latest release has a Chance to Peak at least at #2... :)

- It’s the album’s third week at #1 in total.
- No big changes in the rest of the charts. Madonna, Kelly Clarkson and Kiesza remain at their position from last week, Marina And The Diamonds falls from #1 to #3. Lana Del Rey and Passenger fall down one position respectively due to Drake’s new entry.
- “If You’re Reading This…” by Drake is his fourth Top 10 album, but fails to peak as high as “Take Care” (#1) and “Nothing Was The Same” (#2). However with a debut and so far peak of #4, it easily outpeaks his debut album (#9).

Well if the act is worth it, then why not? :)

Her debut is the only album i don't know from her, maybe i'll check it out later. Can't wait to see how the new album will do :)

...

Good to see James Bay's song becoming a Top10 hit this week, and great climbs for Sia, Major Lazer, Lena and Ed Sheeran :D

OT but tomorrow is finally the GNTM final 8-)

I'm pretty excited for the final this evening, hope Ajsa wins it, although I think she will be the next to be kicked out, unfortunately.
IDK, Anu never really impressed me at the photoshots... and Vanessa ... hm no. Although her Cosmopolitan cover is the best out of all three tbh.

"King" has grown on me, it gets played a lot on the Radio here where I live. I'm still not loving it, but it's a nice track nevertheless. :)

Ariana Grande “One Last Time” (35-34-32-28-25-24-20-*15*-17-22-32-37-X)

Avicii “The Nights” (36-32-28-23-16-14-11-*9*-10-12-16-18-21-26-34-37-40-X)

- Jess Glynne remains at #1 for a fourth week in total with “Hold My Hand”. It’s her 12th week at #1 with all of her former #1 hits in total which means that she has stayed at #1 as many weeks as Ke$ha did so far.
- Paloma Faith rises up to #2 with her smash “Only Love Can Hurt Like This”.
- Rihanna debuts at #4 this week. It’s already her second consecutive song to debut in the Top 10 this year and eighth song in a row to debut in the Top 10 (“Diamonds”, “Stay”, “Right Now”, “What Now”, “The Monster”, “Can’t Remember To Forget you” and “FourFiveSeconds” all were Top 10 debuts).
- There is actually a big movement in the Top 10 this week. Jasmine Thompson gets her first and second Top 10 hit in the same week. Her two collaboration hits “Sun Goes Down” and “Ain’t Nobody (Loves Me Better)” both make it to the Top 10 this week. It’s also the first Top 10 hit for Felix Jaehn and Robin Schulz respectively.
- Sia moves up to #13 with “Fire Meet Gasoline”. From her “1000 Forms Of Fear” era, it is the highest peaking song (so far).
- New to the charts are Jason Derulo and Walk The Moon.
- Next week, Jess Glynne, Paloma Faith, Rihanna and another artist (whose song isn’t charting at the moment) will fight for the top spot.

- German singer Lena returns to the album charts after almost three years. “Crystal Sky” debuts at the top of the charts and is the third #1 album for Lena.
- It is also her fourth Top 10 album. Only her album “Stardust” didn’t top the charts and peaked at #2.
- Fun fact: This week exactly four years ago, it was the last time that Lena topped the charts. Her sophomore record “Good News” debuted at #2 when it was first released but made it to #1 after the Eurovision Song Contest, in which she took place for the second consecutive year.
- It’s Lena’s fourth week at #1 in total (two with “My Cassette Player”, one with “Good News” and “Crystal Sky” respectively).
- There is also a re-entry this week. David Guetta returns to the charts with his current album “Listen”. It re-enters at #6 this week and outpeaks its former peak of #8. It is now his second best peak position in the album charts (only “Nothing But The Beat” peaked higher, at #3). With only two weeks on the charts, it is also his second longest charting album so far (since “One Love” fell out off the charts after one week).
- Next week, there will probably be a new #1 record.

Yes, I adore that track! Somehow I'm very late to the Party but when I saw the BRIT Awards Performance, I heard the song for the first time and fell in love with it. 8-)

First of all, great to see the success of Ariana's last Era. She did amazingly on your charts, which is so well deserved. Really happy to see that "Break Free" was the most successful song by far, i'm still loving it!

Then another great week on your weekly charts. It makes me happy to see Lena at #1 with "Crystal Sky". The album is sooo good. It was also very interesting to read about the success of her previous albums :)

Last but not least, i think you're not that happy about the GNTM final?

Since this was her debut era on my Charts (nothing from "Yours Truly" ever made it to the Charts), she really did well and if she continues with great and catchy tracks, she'll be able to score many more hits in the future. :D

I wouldn't say I'm not happy. After Ajsa got kicked out, I really didn't care anymore when I was watching it on TV. I still believe Ajsa can become pretty big, she's got that Special look the other two don't have IMO. I also hope Kiki becomes the next Rebecca Mir and becomes a TV moderator.. 8-)
Oh, and I saw Erica live in Person last Monday. I was in a market and bought something. At the cash Point, she was two or three People in front of me. And all I can say is that she really seems to be an ignorant Girl who wasn't raised well. She was so rude, looking back I'm happy she got kicked out pretty early.

Looking Forward to GNTM 2016 - Season 11! :D

I listened to Lena's album a couple of weeks ago and I liked it, although so far the only real standout track for me is the single. This is the first of her albums that I've listened to in full, only sampled a few tracks (that I didn't really like) from the previous ones.

In my opinion, she has released four good Albums so far, but I think her debut Album is the one I like the most. I remember being really crazy for her back in 2010 when she won ESC. :)

New Charts coming asap.

Did "Yours Truly" never made your charts because you never listened to it, or didn't you like the songs from the album? IMO it's a great album too, more R&B-ish than "My Everything" and less hits on it, but it is definitely worth a listen :)

I think so too when it comes to Ajsa. She really has that special something. I feel like Vanessa only won because she's curvy and from Heidis' hometown
Haha not surprised at Erica, she really seemed like a big bi*ch
Me too!

...

Woah, amazing debut for Taylor. Didn't expect it to make a top debut to be honest, but it's definitely well deserved!
Which version do you prefer? The original (album) version, or the remix with Kendrick Lemar?

Also nice debut for "I Want You To Know" by Zedd and Selena, but i got over it way too fast unfortunately...

What a surprising #1 on the album charts this week! Paloma's album was good, but it's seems to be sooo old already  How come it debuts so late? :)
Glad to see Lena holding up pretty well!

I haven't listened to the Album yet, therefore nothing ever made it to the Charts.

I definitely prefer the Album Version. Kendrick Lamar adds nothing to the song for me.

I listened to Paloma's Album in the last few weeks because I adore "Only Love Can Hurt Like This" so much. Actually, I didn't really care for her Music but I saw her BRIT AWARDs Performance and so I got interested in her Music. Now that I finally checked out the Album, I also wanted it on my Charts. :D

As you can see, I'm not into Iggy Azalea that much at all. Her Album was pretty o.k., "New Bitch" and "Walk The Line" should've been Singles imo. The only single I really liked was "Black Widow".

Her Peaks in my Charts so far (from best to worst):

Black Widow (featuring Rita Ora): #8
Problem (Ariana Grande featuring Iggy Azalea): #16
Fancy (featuring Charli XCX): #24
Work: #24
No Mediocre (T.I. featuring Iggy Azalea): #26
Beg For It (featuring MO): #35

Next eras that will be posted are (in no particular order)...

Azealia Banks - Broke With Expensive Taste
Beyoncé - Beyoncé
Pharell Williams - G I R L
Lana Del Rey - Ultraviolence (Album Needs to drop off first)

Wow your top 10 is great this week, I like most of the songs except the Keizia one.
Not really a fan of Jess but her songs are fine when they come on the radio.
Great to see Ghosttown & Living for Love holding strong. 8-)
Also nice to see Fire Meets Gasoline, I only heard it for the first time this week and it's pretty good.
Only Love, BBHMM & Bad Blood are all great too.
