well, dropping doesN't mean not being able to climb back and VERY soon, the second single off 'reputation' will enter the charts...Mainshow wrote:That's what I call bad luck! One week prior the realease of Taylor's upcoming album, the lead single drops
Personally, I am happy for Selena doing so well on Ukmixers' charts but I dislike "Wolves". To me, it sounds like an Avicii-leftover which should have stayed in 2012.
I love the massive jump for Ed! He's underrated on Ukmix and doesn't deserve all the hate he receives.
actually, i am not feeling "anywhere" as much as i do "your song". it could probably end up becoming a Top 10 hit though. but we'll see, what happens in spring 2018.JakeP wrote:Hi luckyONE

Wow, this is the ultimate slow burner taking almost half the year to be #1.
However, it's #24 where my interest lies. Loving Anywhere so it'll be interesting to follow the songs progress. Maybe it will also top your chart in April 2018?
03 17 03 Ed Sheeran Perfect (4)
Big climb for Ed Sheeran. I wasn't a fan of this song when i first heard it when ÷ was released but i'm slowly coming round to Perfect. I just think Ed's done much better ballads in the past especially Thinking out loud.
there are probably two new albums entering the charts tomorrow... we'll see if The Killers are strong enough to chart for at least one more week...stevyy wrote:If it helps, for your new chart, I save Wonderful by the Killers. Please don't drop it any further.

i mean i bought the Album three times already, i am more than obsessed with her. this was an Album release i was really looking Forward to (probably my most anticipated Album of the year) and it's so good. not as instant as her other Albums are but kinda classic Taylor (lyrics-wise), and not as "provoking" as the lead single. "Gorgeous" and "king of my heart" are my favorite Songs from the Album, they would Sound amazing in guitar-driven melodies aswell. i hope the rumour for the platinum Edition of "Reputation" is true (which is to be said to be released in january 18).Mainshow wrote:Taylor indeed continues smashing your charts and it's well-deserved.
I don't agree with Tansike that "Ready For It?" is something you can get over very quickly. It's such a tune and one of the highlights of her album.
I do not regret that I bought her album but I was expecting something bigger, tbh. It's a collection of well-produced, well-thought arrangements and cute and little melodies but I was expecting some tracks which are more shocking or thought-provoking or experimental like "Look What You Made Me Do" somehow.
Anyway, great record.
Sam Smith's album is sooooooooooo effing amazing. It deserves to rise next week. Hopefully, I am not mistaken when it comes to your next update!
it's probably no surprise when taylor hits #1 with her new Album here, too. it's actually good times for Album Charts again, as P!nk is one of the biggest Artist on my Album Charts and Taylor Swift is on her way, too. It will be a tough fight between them in the upcoming weeks.Tansike wrote:Taylor continues with her slayage - congrats!
"...Ready For It?" is definitely another good song from her and i really enjoyed it when she released it as a promo single, however i got over it rather quickly, only for it to grow back on me now since the album came out. Speaking about the album... i think it's a safe bet to see her at #1 soon with "Reputation" on your charts
Nice to see "Your Song" being such a hit, and i hope "Anywhere" will follow soon
Absolutely love the debut for "Only You" this week. This has been one of my favorite songs when it comes to Zara's album, and that Nena collaboration works really well too. Their live performance was so strong, i had no idea Nena was such a good live singer
Oh, how come? Hope you get to hear "reputation" very soon, it's probably my favorite album of 2017!JSparksFan wrote:I haven't gotten around to hearing anything other than the four promo singles from Reputation, but "...Ready for It?" is definitely my favourite of the songs I've heard thus far. Great to see it at #1 here!
The rest of the chart is pretty fantastic, too: "Perfect," "Love So Soft," "Whatever It Takes," "Summer Bummer," and "Symphony" would all rank among my favourite songs this year.
