But no wonder it flopped. Folk singers never had big arena/stadium concerts in Croatia (only Joksimović does them and gets about 2500 tickets sold, but he's not straight folk singer). Sandra Afrika is probably the best performing folk singer in Croatia and she gets at most 1000 people in a club. And I think the audience who goes to these things is very limited (as in many listen to these songs, but I doubt they want to cash out 60 kn for Milica Todorović who has 2 songs they know).
And apparently it was really badly organized. They had more promotion in the rest of Croatia than in Split. I was driving to Zagreb the other day and I saw a commercial still being shown on a large LCD screen when entering Zagreb.
