3 times a day with every meal when s*** hits the fan.

Once a day in order to prevent that s*** hits the fan.
I do not want my body to get used to it. And it doesnt work that great. Like Imodium. I am ok as long as I have toilet around and it doesn't get too painful.

Sometimes use Imodium as prevention, for example when i travel.

Btw i use carbon after drinking  it calms the stomach

Actress Jennifer Esposito spoke about her celiac disease in quite a few interviews.

I am currently reading her book Jennifer‘s Way. If all of it is true it is by far the most horrible celiac story I have come across. Still we have some parts of it in common.

It's a miracle but I think I am improving.

My diet mainly consists of selected fruits and vegetable, meat and mostly fish. No gluten, no dairy. At all.

Instead of pasta I eat rice, rice noodles ore any carb which does not contain gluten.

Results: the gut is slowly healing (speaking of slowly, I had to wait more than 4 months to actually feel the results).
