Look, there are certain exercises that i'm allowed to do such as walking (for about 20-30' then i suffer pain on my knees and my lambar), swimming, pull ups, push ups and abs plank; as a result, i'm in good shape. I even have six-pack given the circumstances! :D 8-) :P

If you don't mind me asking, about how long do you spend working out? Also, how many of each excersise? I am trying to get myself looking fit. But it's hard making time

I work out 5 times a week for about 30-40' each time. I do 30 (10,8,6,6) pull ups & 40 (10,10,10,10) push ups on Monday, Wednesday and Friday with approximately 2' (or less if i feel i'm ok) of rest between the sets. Sometimes i do dead lifts -45 (15,15,15)- too, without any weight... Every Tuesday and Thursday i do the abs plank for 6' (2',2',2') and side plank for 1'30" (30",30",30") overall for each side. These two days, i also do 200 (50,50,50,50) simple hip thrusts and wall sit for 2'15" (45",45",45"). When it's possible i go walking for 30'...

I wish i could do more exercises because it's boring doing the same over and over again... :cry: Even if i add more reps to make it harder, the exercise is still the same... :cry:

Thank you! I might try some of these. I used to exercise a lot more, but lately I have fallen behind. I have no energy :(
