Not long ago I‘ve noticed kind of strange side effects after drinking my used-to-be favourite beverage such as increased nervousness, acidity and sweating.
Usually a cup of coffee can’t be that bad but I try to avoid it on week days.
What’s your experience with coffee?
You better hold my purse then. It just gives it a kick of flavour with the sugar and milk. If I accidentally pick up someone else’s drink and there’s sugar in it, eugh, I have to go spit it out. I need a coffee in the morning to get me going but I tend to drink tea the rest of the daySerby wrote:Sugar in coffee and tea is the worst thing ever.
This. Thank you.Serby wrote:Sugar in coffee and tea is the worst thing ever.
