Smoothie. I made with a mixture of berries, plain yoghurt, milk, peanut butter and porridge oats. It's a solid meal replacement.

Nah, you should try though.

We usually add them on some other stuff though. We have a common homemade dessert here where we mix them with powdered milk and ice.

Are you mocking my reference to cob?

The irony is that you have to google "Bacon roll" to get a decent picture of a "Bacon cob".

Try this out. It's my backpacker cheap & nutritious standard food item. And I came up with it myself

Cook (organic) wholegrain rice (needs to be soaked over night; if too cumbersome use M&S Microwave wholegrain rice; not to be confused with wild rice mixes [which is not rice]).
When cooked add a can of baked beans (store brand is OK provided it's Vegan).
Once the beans have heated up take it from stove.
Take an avocado, half it, cut checker board like squares into the flesh and gently scoop the pod flesh into the rice/bean mixture.
No salt, pepper, or other seasoning, etc. needed
Enjoy!

In the US they usually call them Muffins when related to breakfast ones...but generally a muffin is used more for the sugary/pastry muffin

Usually a bun is used to describe a burger, they call the breads buns

But I have heard people in the US calling that type of bread "rolls" too

Hooray for avocado, I can just peel and chop one, then have it with some lemon and salt, it's so delicious.

I love them best when I use them to make guacamole. Sooooooo delicious!

My sister-in-law sent us some mince pies. They should have arrived before Christmas, so now we still have a little Christmas. :D
