I used to eat soy a lot but it completely messed up my reproductive system. No thanks.

It is a great replacement for meat though. My dad is a huge meat eater. Once I made one of his favorite meals with soy instead of meat and he had no idea :lol:

Sorry to hear that.

But for other uninformed people, soy is a perfectly fine and healthy food and this bs about getting man boobs and it having human-like hormones is nonsense and pure scaremongering.

^ From my local chip shop, twas' heavenly. The pancakes arnt sweet pancakes they're Chinese pancakes.
