Could it maybe be because NZ has a population of like twelve people? How many international breakout stars could you possibly expect from such a tiny country? The US charts are dominated by non-American acts all the time
US Charts are dominated by american acts (from top 100 songs there's always about 90% of american acts). Some of the acts like Rihanna or Nicki Minaj weren't born in the U.S., but they are currently residing in the States. The only exclusion is Canadian acts, who can be even worse than the U.S. one (Nickelback, Justin Bieber, Drake).
Germany had like one #1 hit in the US in the same five decades (thankfully, it was Falco with ''Rock Me Amadeus''), but the last big hit in the U.S. Billboard chart by a German act was ''Mambo no.5'' twenty years ago.
UK acts couldn't score a #1 hit in the U.S. charts for nearly a decade (from 1998 till the mid 2006, when James Blunt hit #1 for a single week). The impact of airplay kept the same formulaic pop radio trash (now Drake's trash) on top for multiple weeks, whilst an average UK chart hit had 1-2 weeks on top and people are done and fed up.
In my view, there is barely any song that should spend more than a week on top.

That's not true, R&B was dominating in the first half of the 2000s and Urban / Mumble Rap has been dominating in the second half of the 10s.

Madonna is coming with a new album. You don't want to miss out on all the discussion soon to start.
I've made too many enemies here who will always hate my guts regardless (perfect example was Serby verbally asschewing me for defending Beyonce)
I hate you????  calling out someone on sth they said just to never get answer back (like comparing me to homophobes for promoting veganism and getting zero feedback after maki g , ino, very valid points). The irony of it all.

I do not hate you lol thats such a reach. Learn how to take criticism or show me my mistakes. Chickening out when you can't answer back doesn't mean someone hate you. I honestly don't even know what was that Beyonce thing, can't recall it. But sorry if that's the vibe you got from me.

That's not true, mumblerap has been pushed by streaming not radio. US radio are still pushing pop music (Zedd, Marshmello, Halsey, Maroon 5, Ariana, Taylor, Post Malone etc).

U.S. showbiz managed to sugarcoat the R&B/trap/mumble rap, adapting them to pop formula. Mumble rap acts sometimes go to great laughable lengths to be played on the radio, like that ''I Love It (Clean Version)''.

I don't get why this entry was dragged so much in 2000 Eurovision. To me it's a great piece of tuneless trash pop with some of the weirdest lyrics

Singers were constantly bullied after the contest and two of them even had to leave Israel.

I don’t think that’s a very unpopular opinion tbh  I like the girls though, they’re very basic but in an enjoyable way. Their most recent album is pretty good imo
