No I don't think that'd be it... it certainly didn't glad the topic to me as spam.

If you voted for Brazil (me), you voted right. Otherwise, you voted wrong

trebor wrote:I probably will not have voted for the general #1
I'm under the same impression. I loved my #1, it wasn't a close race for me, but something tells me it's not going to do well :-? My #2 or #3 are probably going to win tho.

Anyway, perched for results 8-)

Frederic, navi & cheapthrills are still to vote. I sent them reminders.

A country as low as #17 can still win :o

OMG, the pressure.

I have the list of songs that are getting my votes. I just want to listen to them again to rank them. Unfortunately, I left the list at home. I was going to do it at work since it's a slow day today. But I will do it when I get home. Thankfully, Basse-Terre is nearish to my time zone :D

Congrats to the winner!

Meh at me being such a flop this month  But a huge thanks to those who gave Switzerland some points, especially Colbie/France! :D

Can't believe my fave didn't get a better result. It was my obvious winner this month :o

Wow, that was tight.
Actually my 12 points to Japan made some difference at the end (because I've lost by 10 points).
My best finish this year, a very deserving winner and I felt it's going to be.
I've only received one 12 points but some minor scores all over the place.
Thanks to everyone who voted for me and for other songs.

It's notable that despite the large number of participants, no country managed to pass the 100 point mark!

Xtofer is one of my favourite players, in the sense that his choices end up in my voting list most of the times. Ironically, this wasn't one of them! Congrats though!

I was pretty confident Albania would do great, so #10 is a bit disappointing. It's one of my fav songs at the moment and also my ringtone

Many thanks for the votes for the UK, especially grooveboy for his generous 12! I was hoping I'd end up at the left side of the scoreboard, but alas, that wasn't meant to be!

Heppolo seemed to want to play it safe for once and it paid off :P Croatia was nice surprise. China had a clever video which helped the song. Spain was abysmal, sorry Tyne! Ukraine and Uzbekistan were bold choices, we need more of those.

Sigh, I don't know what happened. I must not have actually clicked send or something. I'm bummed because I had a Christmas song ready to go next month. Oh well, see you all in January!

Anyhow, I really like the winner - I probably gave it less points it deserved, but I thought this was a solid month and I had a tough time narrowing it down and ordering them. Really happy to see Romania do well - it almost made the top five. As soon as I heard it, I knew it would be my #1 choice!

Thanks for the votes - it looks like those who voted for it really liked it - thanks for the 12, Leo <3

This is Japan's second win ever, having come first in the 5th edition of this contest, more than 10 years ago :o

Thanks to all the people who voted Albania. There are actually four videos for that song but none includes the extra verse the extended remix has, so I had to include a version without a video.

As I said earlier there were plenty of good songs. I loved New Zealand because it had a 90s indie feeling to it which captured me.

Congrats to xtofer, I don't recall him winning for a long long time so worthy winner.

Well, that was exciting even though Japan mostly held the top position throughout the process, but it was under the constant menace of other countries. I thought for a moment I would charged up to win despite I was in the lower end after 1/3 of the votes cast and the "FLOP" message, as a fate, was already looming over my entry. It was cool to see how my country moved up step by step. The 4th place is a present I gladly accept.

Having said that, thank you everyone who voted for Ireland and congrats to the winner! I like the entry :).

As the votes were coming in, that was not the case at all. Australia and Finland looked more likely to win actually.

Let me just say here that those of you who vote on the last couple of days tend to vote differently to the rest of us - or, to be more precise, similarly to each other.

Pleased to come 12th in such a strong month! Thanks to all Sweden's voters, hope you enjoyed the Stevie Nick-esque tones of LEON.

Well done Japan, strong winner - also good to see New Zealand, Romania, Ireland and US doing well! Seems my tastes were in line with the majority this time. That NZ song especially was great!

Ukraine deserved a bit better.
