WELCOME TO THE UKMIX BEST MUSIC VIDEO OF 2017!

Please READ and follow rules, and let's choose the best music video of 2017!!!

1. You need to make a list of your personal BEST MUSIC VIDEOS of 2017! You're allowed to send me 20 or 10 favourite videos.

2. It's important that the music videos are released in 2017 year! So you better check release days of music videos you vote for, you can check it out on wikipedia or in music video description (I'll check it too)!

3. You can put on your list only 2 videos by one artist!!!!!
But you can put on a list one artist more than 2 times only if he/she is a feature on music video!
(an example - old example - you can put Nicki Minaj's Starships and Right By My Side, only 2 videos by 1 artist, but you can put on your list videos that she's feature on as many as you want, like Give Me All Your Luvin', Girl On Fire, Beauty And A Beat and many more - old example)
Anyway I hope you've understand it?!

4. GOLDEN RULE: Please be objective, don’t send popular videos, search, watch videos, watch cinematography, editing, art, direction, story… don’t put on your list music videos just cuz you love that artist, that would be unfair… so all fan groups can avoid this contest!

5. You can send all the videos released from 01.01.2017. to 31.12.2017.

"Despacito" by Luis Fonsi featuring Daddy Yankee is the most viewed video on YouTube, with over 4.5 billion views as of December 2017.

BUT is it worth of your votes?

It's a sure thing that 2017. year was Sheeran's. He was all over the radios, and on charts, both album and single charts, and now he's cheering at the end of the year at top with last year winner Beyoncé.

BUT did Ed had good enough videos, it's up to you to decide!

This year latin music was super hot product, after Luis Fonsi did miracles, J. Balvin tried to snatch #1 too with Beyoncé, he didn't get that #1, but the beat of this song slays.

Did Balvin slayed the visuals too?

Bruno danced through this super cute music video with stunning visuals.

It seems like everyone liked the song, but did you liked the music video?

Derulo for sure is a hit maker, and he always brings up with music videos and choreography.
I think we all danced to this fun song.

BUT would you swalla and give some points for Derulo?

DJ Khaled had great year.
BUT Rihanna had amazing year too, she hasn't released anything this year, except few collaborations, and she stayed as most streamed female artist of 2017., and this hot collab was huge, with that Santana's sample.

Did DJ Khaled did good enough with Rihanna (and her super hot look in the video, raising temperatures) and Bryson?
RiRi for sure is UKMIX favorite, so I can see this video getting some...

My indie 5 cents here

Jonathan Bree - You're So Cool

Timeout.com #1 music video of 2017.
Timeout.com wrote:New Zealander Jonathan Bree is 50% of the Brunettes, 50% of Lil’ Chief Records and 100% the boldest and weirdest music video director working today. He dreams up trippier sights for his already trippy sounds for 2017’s best video from the 1960s.
With a Self-penned song and a self-directed music video, Jonathan Bree appears to be quite a rare feature in the modern music world

One of the ultimate music [video] memes of 2017,
Spin, com wrote:The only thing wackier than Kirin J Callinan’s recent album Bravado are its music videos. You’re in such luck, because he’s got a new one today: “Big Enough,” which features fellow Australians Alex Cameron, Molly Lewis, and Jimmy Barnes. It stars “Butch Callinan” (who resembles the escaped cowboy hospital patient from “Living Each Day”) and sidekick “Alex the Kid” Cameron in their natural environment: the spaghetti West. It’s a land of rolling hills, bitter frosts, galloping steeds, and rustic wooden saloons, where you’re never far from the celestial screaming of a disembodied plaid torso belonging to veteran Australian rock ‘n’ roller Jimmy Barnes.

Cardi B is for sure biggest breakthrough this year, "Bodak Yellow" was second-ever solo #1 after Lauryn Hill's "Doo Wop (That Thing)" in 1998.

Is "Bodak Yellow" good enough video, or Cardi has yet to develop her visuals...?

Queen of views.
Latin ruled this year, and as latin Godess, there is only one and only Shakira.

BUT did Shak delivered this year her visuals in videos, think about that?

As one of the most underrated artists I have to mention St. Vincent, she really got my attention with her last two music videos "Los Ageless" and "New York".

Check them out and maybe St. Vincent will get some justice, at least on UKMIX.

I've never could imagine Grimes featuring Janelle, but this match is brilliant, same as the music video. I got used to that Grimes always delivers her visuals, but this video visually is stunning.

Do you think Grimes and Janelle deserves your attention and votes?

Underrated or overrated, Jay-Z really delivered with his animated music video for "The Story of O.J."

Did this animated O.J.'s story or any Jay's music video this year caught your attention?

We all have recommended this video to someone to watch, haven't we?

Beautiful Dua, great concept, amazing choreography, beautiful art direction, editing, visually flawless, and Dua walks on water.
Jesus would've been jealous.

Dua Lipa is one of the most interesting and one of the best new artist of 2017. year for sure. Have you seen her music video for "Lost In Your LIght" featuring Miguel?

Will you make Dua Lipa as first new artist that have won UKMIX as best music video with "New Rules"?

When you think about who had best music videos through history, few names comes up to your mind, right?

But, there's no Björk, right?

IMO Björk is one of the artists who brought music videos to another level. Her visuals, costumes, her art, direction, editing, special effects, and ambient in her music videos, takes you on another level, she's so ahead from her time for so many years.

And IMO she deserves your attention, and her spotlight as one of top contenders for Best music video prize, isn't she?

TBH I was ashamed to be amazed by this song. For the 1st time I liked something from 1D members.

This amazing song feels like it's one of the songs from your parents 70's music playlists, and it got pretty awkward music video.

Was it good enough for you?

The Hardkiss - Антарктида (Antarctic)
*one of my personal picks of 2017

+ This ukrainian band made an apocalyptic music video to remind us about the 31th anniversary of The Chernobyl disaster. One of the best non-English language music videos this year.
