We can’t even say she was going for a stadium track for the Super Bowl (like Maddy did with GAYL) because she never even performed it there

"All Nite" should have been the lead single and not "Just a Little While".

This album is perfect for the time being. I can almost feel a breeze listening to it. 8-)

"Breezy" is a perfect description for most of this album!

This was the first Janet album (or perhaps any album) I bought on release day

I always thought the title was lazy but now I like it. Damita Jo is a very unique and nice middle name.

Of all her 2000s albums, this one still has the freshest sound. I will never forget how Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis had to publicly disown this album out of embarrassment. Those two kinda abandoned nipplegate Janet in a way.

She was still creative here. I also don't get the hate.

Listening to this timeless masterpiece now. Amazing production. Janet's vocals on several of the tracks boasts some of her strongest, most noteworthy performances. Undeniably deserved a better chance to shine. Bitter.
