Ok - I changed the topic title because the new single is Oh ft. Ludacris. :)

If this is true. I like this choice cuz it's one of the best slow tempo tracks on the lp.

I can't believe she's not even released her debut single and you're all on about the 3rd one! :o I'm just getting used to her first one, never mind the 2nd and not even thinkin bout the 3rd!

And that is if she lasts that long...doesn't seem to have too much substance on first impressions imo, but i'm yet to hear the album

you have 30 seconds to try and sell it to me!...

She's released her second single in the US, 1,2 Step^^^ As for substance...she's 19 years old so its not hard to guess what she's gonna be singing about  :P

Yeah it does show off her voice a lot, which is good, as in 'Goodies' it's mainly the beat that stands out in that tune..Although I would've preferred 'Hotline' to be released as I LOVE that song  ..

Good point bout the substance, even so, still a bit soon!

Goodies a great track for just light entertainment or for the clubs but i can't see it lasting like "Crazy In Love" has lasted or anything

Awww, its got a cute little melody. I can't help thinking that Next To You would've been a better choice if she wants to release a ballad though - it's easliy likable, and shows off her voice just as well. Ahh well - this will have a nice video by the sound of it so it will probably do well for her 8-) I really want to hear her do this live - to see what she really can do...

I think there are defintely better tracks on the album, my favourates being "Hotline", "Oh", "Looking At You", and "The Title"

"And I" Is too slow for me.

And is is for sure her next single. She said for her 4th single is a battle between Oh & Hotline. Hotline would do well in the U.K. and Oh would do beter in ths U.S. IMO

The Title is very good, but I think people will like And I, cuz it's sumthin new from Ciara. At least a Billboard Top 10.

I must admit. I thought we'd have a one hit wonder on our hands ppl. Like Nina Sky & Mario Winans. I don't wanna know where he is. He should stick to producing.

Yeah, I found out it was Oh y/day. Ahh well, it is a better choice - but she needs to release something slower after this IMO.

Ciara Shoots New Video
Get ready for Ciara's hottest video to date! Ciara teams up with Ludacris to shoot the video for "Oh," the third single from her platinum debut album Goodies. Look for the video to hit BET& MTV in March!

Ciara DVD Coming This Spring
Get ready for Ciara's first home video/DVD, hitting stores this April! You will get to see Ciara up close and personal, like never before. Mark your calendars for April 19, 2005 and get ready to get those goodies!
From Ciara's official newsletter. The DVD sounds good, but I don't know what could be on it - she hasn't had a tour has she? :-? I'll probably buy it anyway though  8-)

This should have been the fourth single. "Hotline" should have been the third single.

This may be another hit for her, but they are playing this very safe and keep going with the songs that have very successful featuring artists on them.

Oh, and "And I" is crap. I don't know what made them even consider it as a single.

I think this is a good choice for a single. If she released Hotline, all her singles would be sounding samey! So Oh! is a great choice, it reminds me of my mate Jamie, who has never heard the song. it just makes me think of him... :o
