There’s no way something this ghetto-sounding would have come close to smashing internationally had they not had the momentum of CrazySexyCool to back them up.

The song is very catchy! From the very intro of the song, it was infectious all throughout. I don't think it was because of CrazySexyCool that this became popular. CrazySexyCool was released five years prior, they were gone for three years, and that is a long period in the ever-shifting music climate in the nineties. Not to mention, this was Chilli's first time doing the lead vocals so I think it wasn't recognizable right away that this was a TLC song.

This and “The Boy Is Mine” are the top two black girl anthems of the 90s me thinks. :D

It's so sad they barely get any love and acknowledgement. Not that it should matter but they were such a force in the nineties. They were such a cool girl group that everyone really liked. :D :D

They do though. They are seen as 90s legends and R&B legends, and also as one of the most legendary and successful girl groups of all-time. CrazySexyCool is critically acclaimed, widely regarded as one of the best R&B albums of all-time and is recognised as one of the best selling albums of the 90s, while 'Waterfalls' and 'No Scrubs' are constantly in iTunes charts and streaming charts around the world, even 20-25 years after they were released. Those songs get so much love and are seen as classics, which is quite special for a R&B hood song like 'No Scrubs'.

They get so much love and acknowledgement, but they don't get booked for big gigs because Lisa is no longer here. TC is not as appealing as TLC.

This has always been such a hoodrat mess that I’m surprised they didn’t get T-Boz to sing lead vocal. Chili is a low-key hoodrat but T-Boz is more of a loud and proud type.
