Save Up All Your Tears is a song by Cher released in 1991 as the second single from her album Love Hurts (third single in Europe if we consider than The Shoop Shoop Song (It's in His Kiss) was included on the album).

This song is written by Desmond Child and Diane Warren and was originally released by Bonnie Tyler in 1998, released again the following year by Robin Beck and finally by Cher in 1991.

Despite Cher's version of this song proved to be the most successful in the UK ad in the USA, the song didn't achieved high positions on the charts, peaking just at number 37 on both the American and English charts. This song was luckier on the US Adult Contemporary chart, where it reached number 16.

Cher directed herself the Save Up All Your Tears's music video in which she rocks three different wigs looking sexier than ever.

You think that you won't feel the pain now
But your eyes will be cryin' like the rain now

THAT sexy music video. :D

You don't know it now
But some wounds get deeper with time
You don't feel it now
Till the need burns, a knife turns
Your heart bleeds like mine

Great song and music video. This one deserved more success than it achieved, although I'm glad its parent album achieved success in Europe and the UK.

Glad to see some love for the song and the video, I agree with you: this song should've been a bigger hit!

Great version by Cher. Bonnnie's is nice, too.

I've been listening to this song and the whole album lately.

I listened to Bonnie and Robin's versions but Cher is the best singer of this song.

nice discovery in my current survivor, really good song. prefer this version to Bonnie's, maybe because I heard it first

not a huge fan of Cher's voice, but in this song it's amazing and works extremely well for me
