Never mind. I’ve just realised that this is a Japanese only thing in addition to the standard sleeve
Obi strip?

She looks great. The true skinny legend.

I strongly dislike her post AFY artwork, excluding Number Ones.

She overused her drag queen smile after AFY album cover.

On this day in 1990, Janet Jackson's "Rhythm Nation" World Tour kicked off. With over 2 million tickets sold and a total gross of over $65 million ($121 million adjusted 2018 gross), the tour remains the most successful debut tour by any artist and one of the most successful tours in history. The May 18th show in Tokyo was the first concert ever shot in HD. When we get it on promised Blu-ray Disc, it will be in better quality than almost all, if not all concerts, that were filmed later in the 90s and early 00s.

Janet Jackson, 2008:
When I did 'Rhythm Nation' in Japan, I recorded the show in HD back then and they were trying to explain to me what HD was - that was 1990. I'm assuming I was the first person to do this in concert. It trips me out to see HD catch on so many years later. We're trying to put a nice package together for the fans.

I agree. Actually, they're not bad — they didn't use some ugly typography and kitchy design — they were tastefully done but they weren't exceptional and memorable like her previous covers. But what about Unbreakable? She's not smiling on that one and it was featured on several lists of the best album covers in 2015. I didn't see it coming, but they liked it.

Unbreakable is kinda boring and too bland, she actually looks quite broken down in it

I like the hair, i wish she did something more exciting, like waving her head or something

Although I didn't vote for it, I also like the All For You cover. She looks so sweet and beautiful.

Janet is one of the best looking divas anyway.

Bit the bullet and bought vinyl copies of janet. and Velvet Rope on Discogs. Now I only need Damita Jo and 20 YO which I wouldn't mind having, but they aren't essentials either, but janet. and TVR were holy grail titles since I don't see Virgin doing anything for her, given the fact those videos don't even have official YouTube videos (just ones uploaded from fans).

$100 for janet. from a UK seller, $119 for TVR from a Japanese seller. Actually cheaper than what they go for on Amazon which is in the $350-400 range for both.
