Yes, I agree on that

But for me Good Girl Gone Bad, Rated R and Talk That Talk are her masterpieces
Those two for me. Loud used to be my favourite, but it sounds very dated now.

Europe don't use Urban Rihanna tho. Anti is a flop in UK (her strongest market).
Europe may not 'use' urban Rihanna as much as they used to 'use' pop Rihanna, but they still 'use' her more than any other female artist (if we ignore Adele for a moment).

Out of all the major pop girls who've emerged since the late 90s (Britney, J.Lo, Xtina, Pink, Beyoncé, Shakira, Rihanna, Gaga, Katy, Taylor), only Rihanna would likely score a hit in Europe in 2018. In general, her and Bey are the last girls standing.

Imo, that's in large part due to them going urban at just the right moment. At the height of the EDM craze in 2011, they both started changing their sound (Rih with Man Down and Raining Men; Bey with 4). And although those first attempts weren't really successful, they gradually turned more urban between 2012 and 2015 (Rih with Talk That Talk, Birthday Cake and Cockiness, then Pour It Up and Loveeeeeee Song, then BBHMM; Bey with self-titled, then Flawless Remix and 7/11, then Feeling Myself), before going full urban in 2016 (with Anti and Lemonade). The rest of the industry followed and the ordinary pop girls started flopping one after another.

Pop Rihanna would flop, too. Pop is dead. She killed it.

I would love an album with rock influences as I loved songs like Rockstar 101, Shut up and drive. Kiss it better had a nice guitar in it too. A song like Skin would also fit into that concept

P!nk is the most popular right now. Hope to see Rihanna back in the charts with a strong pop song too, but right now it's P!nk that is loved by radio here in Europe.

Yeah, if we’re going by what’s playing on the radio, then her and Nickelback are undeniably the biggest acts in music history by now.

She is a stable album seller though. She already outsold Anti in UK which used to be Rihanna's strongest market in Europe.

Hope the shares continue to fall.
Franklin’s music profoundly touched and changed the world, because over and over it offered that bridge to salvation, to freedom.
