Why do I have a feeling her next album will be more Pop-leaning Contemporary R&B? I mean, not like I Am... Sasha Fierce-pop, but more like 4 type of stuff.

yeah. she was raw with so much energy, fun, power.
I kinda miss her performance styles. old school, no big costumes, background screens, just live band + her.
like stevie wonder tribute.

If she's going to continue this huge production, screen + dance heavy show.
she gotta at least do some acoustic special show or stripped tv performances for us, for culture! lol

For culture's sake, I like that 8-)

Some misinformed people think she isn't the best pop vocalist alive.

For her next record, I'd love to get something like a mxiture of "Beyoncé" and "B'Day" with a killer ballad like "I Was Here".

I’m here for an album full of Deja Vu’s.

Yes i’m still bitter for Bey pretending the song doesn’t exist.

Yess and that really annoys me. But then again, Bey brands herself as an all-around entertainer rather than a 'vocalist' so can't really blame them, I guess.

And yeah I agree with you guys. Also I don't mind for her cutting some of the dance moves. I mean, I enjoyed all the dance breaks from the Formation World Tour but you can see that she always looks a little tired by the middle of the show, noticeably during "Crazy in Love", "Flawless"/"Feeling Myself" and "Drunk in Love".

I think she's gonna bring back the full live band for Coachella, I'm like 99% sure about it.

Half the problem is Beyoncé doesn’t release music that shows off the best of her voice.
Girls Aloud: Only 5 years until their 20th anniversary reunion tour! (and only 5 years until I can change my signature...)

She does but most of the times they're flopping/underperforming/not singles.

And usually when it comes to big awards shows, she rather gives us A SHOW rather than a vocal performance. Many people (including my friends & parents) only found out that Bey is a great vocalist through some random videos uploaded on YouTube/Facebook like that "Halo" acoustic thing she did somewhere that kinda went viral a while ago and the "Listen" performance from Oprah.

she always showcased her strong vocal side, especially in her 20's.
it's just her other dance performances over shadow them.
and people just see vocalist as standing on stage with mic and slow song.

I hope so. But I hope she follows Madonna / Celine path more, because for Janet, Whitney and Mariah those were exactly pretty much their last eras before going down and collapsing.

B'day is my least favorite as well. Many consider "4" their least but I think it's a strong effort (apart from the hideous lead song).

If any other female artist released B'Day it would be considered their magnum opus.

Beyoncé outshone that album with recent releases.

Be gone. RTW >
B'DAY is a masterpiece, the epitome of 2000s Beyoncé.
My least favorite is Dangerously in Love. And it's still a great record. But the highest points start the album and then it lacks so umph.

Acclaimedmusic.com has update it's data and now Beyoncé is listed as the 111th most acclaimed artist of all time (the second higher female pop star, behind Madonna). - if Kate Bush is considered a popstar, then 3rd.
http://www.acclaimedmusic.net/top_artists/t0.htm

She is also listed as the most acclaimed female artist of the decade, and 7th overall: http://www.acclaimedmusic.net/top_artists/t2010.htm
