I see the Grammy's try to be less commercial this time, so it's good.

That said, Liberation deserves a nod on the Best Pop Album category (if not AOTY).

It’s sad that Liberation didn’t get a nomination over Ariana and Camila but they need the current hit girls in there.

Great that Christina is still getting Grammy noms in 2018!!!

She most likely won’t win though if it was actually based on the vocal alone Fall In Line would 100% win.

It doesnt even matter if they win or not. Nomination means a lot. Especially cuz its her first two nominations as lead artist in ages.

It means a lot for her to continue doing music.

Christmas Time is such a great Xmas song. She should do a video and promote it more.

It seems that Christina is a bit insecure with her new material, I think the two Grammy nods should signal that she should be confident in promoting since the Grammys are definitely rooting for her! I mean, after Bionic and Lotus, she never got an era that was appreciated by the Academy. She was known for the A Great Big World and Maroon 5 collabos this decade. As much as these two new Grammy nods are again collabos, both are under her Liberation album.

It should have gotten a video. Her team relied on the live performance of her DVD special.

Christina Aguilera headlines New Year's Eve in Times Square

December 13, 2018 at 8:18 AM EST - Updated December 13 at 8:18 AM
LOS ANGELES (AP) — Christina Aguilera will perform live minutes before the ball drops to usher in 2019 in New York's Times Square.

Dick Clark Productions announced Thursday that Aguilera will be joined by Bastille, Dan and Shay and New Kids On The Block leading up to the countdown on "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest."

Aguilera last performed on the show in 2007. It's the second time for New Kids and Bastille. It's Dan and Shay's first appearance.
Seacrest will be joined in the countdown to midnight by Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg.

Post Malone will make his first New Year's performance.

This was quite good year for Xtina.
Liberation received great reviews and it's her best critically acclaomed album. So I applaud her for that and I hope she continues this way.

She didn't had great commecial succes with album or with singles, but cuz of great reviews I can live w that.

The album is rlly good pop album. Maybe even the best pop album of 2018. I could live without few songs and interludes but I give 3,5/5 fir this album.

The tour was real success. This time she wasn't goong w huge expectations and big ego, finally. It was about time for her to face the road and fans. This was rlly lovely tour, set list was perfect, sge rlly worked on details, and she sounded amazing and she was on fire w every show.

And we're ending this year with BIG 2 nominations for Grammy awards. That was so unexpected, especially nomination for Like I Do.

And she's ending year with big performance on Rockin Eve. Hopefully she'll slay that performance.

I rlly can't wait to see what's coming next and hopefully SOON.

Proud to be #fighter
