It's nothing new. Mel C has said this a few times over the years. What she is trying to do is justify why she isn't involved in the reunion, despite getting back together a number of time already. Mel has been on clear damage control and talks about the Spice Girls every opportunity this era to promote herself.
She called Little Mix out for being too sexy, then did an underwear shoot and even a few days ago posted a picture of herself topless.
But the thing is the word "bully" has never been used by the girls...not publicly. I remember in the reunion documentary she recalled Mel/one of the girls being mean to her but she never said anything about being bullied. We all know they've had their fair share of drama, but when the word "bully" is used it just takes things to a WHOLE new level.
Re topless shoot, Mel C doesn't have a large fanbase of 5-11 year old girls like Little Mix do....Not saying she should have said what she said though, as there are plenty of racy Spice Girls outfits that can be pulled from Google
