This legend deserves his own topic!

Known for hit hits with N*E*R*D and his succesful productions with The Neptunes.
Pharrell released hit first solo hit 'Frontin' in 2003, followed by a solo album in 2005.

He has featured on many tracks by many artists, but he's now storming the charts with two smash hits with Daft Punk ('Get Lucky') and Robin Thicke ('Blurred Lines').

A new Pharrell track called 'HAPPY' will feature on the Despicable Me 2 Soundtrack.

It's super catchy and I hope it will be released as a single.

Good to see a thread for Pharrell ! He has a good voice and I really like some of his productions ( including the latest ones and those as The Neptunes ), very 00's with that Hip-hop/funky touch. Glad he's smashing at the moment, I love both "Get Lucky" and "Blurred Lines" so much. 8-)

"Happy" is cool, quite catchy indeed. :D

Pharrell Williams celebrates yet another win in his already banner year. The Grammy-nominated singer/ producer/ songwriter has signed on to Columbia Records and is already gearing up for his label debut, slated for a 2014 release.

The partnership follows his massive success from contributing to the year's most viral hits, including Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines," Daft Punk "Get Lucky" and his own "Lucky."

“When we excitedly partnered with Pharrell in January of this year, we felt it was his time again,” says Columbia Records Chairman/CEO Rob Stringer. “Since then, ‘Blurred Lines’ and ‘Get Lucky’ have defined pop music in 2013, and now we are preparing to launch Pharrell as a global solo superstar in 2014. ‘Happy’ is just the beginning.”

His happy-go-lucky single, featured on the Despicable Me 2 soundtrack, also boasts the world's first 24-hour music video and will be featured on his Columbia Records' LP.

2013 will go down as Pharells year.

I wonder what Chad Hugo has been up to I know he prefers to be more behind the scenes but he also is a super talented producer (obviously).
