The band ranks at Nos. 1-4 on the digital download-based chart, led by "Thunder."
Imagine Dragons become the first act to monopolize the top four spots on Billboard's Alternative Digital Song Sales chart, ranking at Nos. 1-4 on the March 10-dated tally.
"Thunder" leads with 29,000 downloads sold, according to Nielsen Music, in its 24th week at No. 1. Following are current radio single "Whatever It Takes" (26,000), "Next to Me" (13,000) and "Believer" (13,000).
All four songs also populate spots 1-4 on Rock Digital Song Sales, marking Imagine Dragons' first time with such a fourfold command and the third week the feat has occurred in the chart's history. Previously, Prince ruled the top four of the May 7- and 14, 2016-dated charts (and the top five of the latter), following his death that April 21.
In all, Imagine Dragons place six songs on Alternative Digital Song Sales, with 2012's "Radioactive" (No. 12; 4,000) and "Demons" (No. 18; 3,000) also making the list.
Meanwhile, "Whatever It Takes" spends its second week atop Billboard's Rock Airplay chart, with 12.1 million audience impressions (up 16 percent as the chart's Greatest Gainer).
Imagine Dragons' sales feat follows the rerelease of 2017's Evolve, which added "Next" to its tracklist (and also houses "Thunder," "Takes" and "Believer"); the LP concurrently lifts 13-8 on the Billboard 200 with 31,000 equivalent album units (up 32 percent) and spends a 22nd nonconsecutive week at No. 1 on the Alternative Albums chart.
