A very close round sees the top 3 emerge as the bottom three all tied on 10 points.

Mr. Know It All held #1 for a week in October between Gotye/Kimbra and Sexy and I Know It. It was Clarkson's first ARIA #1 single, after previouly posting many top 5 and 10 appearances (with Miss Independent & Since U Been Gone peaking at #3). It may have been helped along by the promo visit she did just the week or so previous, performing an outdoor medley on Sunrise and singing at the NRL Grand Final. Looking through wiki ARIA chart facts, the song is also in the top 15 or so highest jumps to and from #1. The album Stronger peaked at #3. Mr. Know It All as mentioned upthread will also be the SoS representative for this Survivor.

Jennifer Lopez had a big comeback hit with Pitbull on On The Floor, reaching #1 in March-April for three weeks between S&M and Sweat. It was her second ARIA #1 single, after 1999's If You Had My Love, posting several top 5 appearances in the interim, the highest a #2 peak in 2003 with LL Cool J on 'All I Have'. The Album LOVE? reached #9 on the albums chart.

Finally S&M was tRihanna's second #1 from the album Loud (#2 peak, second to do so after Good Girl Gone Bad) after Only Girl In The World topped the chart in 2010. It was #1 for a total of 5 weeks, 2 after taking over from Dirty talk in February, displaced by Born This Way for one week, then returning for a further 3 weeks into march where On The Floor took over the top position. S&M and On The Floor were also #11 and #10 respectively on the EOY singles chart according to Wikipedia.
