"#169 Infinity Meter - Bleeding Inside - mad and noisy song"

Not quite as described, seems sedate until the last part.
I don't really know what it is...Something similar to what John Maus does.

Love the one by Arch Enemy, actually introduced me to them. I prefer „The Eagle Flies Alone“ though :)

Their new stuff is so good and they get some extra points for a charismatic frontwoman. I hope they'll have a semi-hit once (without making compromises), because they kinda have a base.
UK top 40 album is a great result for a metal band these das

found this surprisingly good

I already posted 'Frapp and one of your others i'm about o post today...

Out of interest: are you changing the chart as you go to include songs from after Christmas Day? I notice the Cooper song is a late number one.

I kinda settled most of the places, but left 7 places for the ''after Christmas songs'' in case some of them really caught my eye.

#130 Thomas Dybdahl - Just a Little Bit - probably this is the closest to what I can label ''indie soul''
#129 Salvador Sobral - Ready for love again (Live) - ESC-2017 winner giving us all his full vocal and improv potential

#125 Ball Park Music - The Perfect Life Does Not Exist - the year ended on a high note for this Australian band
#124 boy pablo - Everytime - if Mac De Marco decided to make his own version of Take That  the music video is goofy it actually turns sweet and innocent

#122 Clans - Glendale - surprisingly this is an american band
#121 Land Of Talk - This Time - great song

Hi heppolo :D

Just wanted to highlight this track and thank you for this discovery. So at least that's one song you can look out for in my top 100 of 2017. I can exclusively reveal Friðrik Dór is higher than #98.

I hope you also checked other Friðrik Dór's songs, they're amazing
this year had more than 3000 songs charted in my daily edition, so being 98 out of 3000 songs in question is not too shabby

#80 Julia Marcell - Tesko
A bit of sophisti-pop about capitalism/love and everything in-between.
#79 Meszecsinka - Könnyű | Easy
Indie-folk melodrama from Hungary.

Kirin sings on top of his voice, like he really means it, the catchy synth-led song is an introspective piece. The way he almost whispers Goodbye at the end of the song makes you think he really means it.
