You read it in the right way, dear Jake! thank for your comment and yes, Portugal. The Man was a fantastic discovery for me this year. As for P!nk, I think her last cd is by far her best one among her latest. It is a great album full of hit singles.JakeP wrote:Hi LittleArsonist
Your #1 of 2017 is amazing. I finally got round to checking out this song when it went to #1 in your chart having already seen the song doing well in Marat's chart. I gave it a listen and within weeks it was also #1 in my chart. I've loved watching Feel it still grow into this extraordinary hit single that, by 2017's standards, wasn't an obvious hit. I love the song for its uniqueness and individuality.
Also so happy seeing What about us at #3 (well, if i've read it right otherwise that means your #1 is David Bowie? ). P!nk really delivered imo with her new era, and the album still has two particular tracks that would make excellent choices for singles in 2018.
So many good tracks throughout your year end chart. Have a happy new year, let's hope 2018 will be an amazing year.
thank you for checking I'll come checking your charts if we have such artists in commonking_oxymoron wrote:Great stuff, really good to see Royal Blood and Nothing But Thieves in another chart. Also other favourites of mine Biffy and John Mayer...
Lorde, Kelly, Calvin also really good to see! Nice chart..
we are Rachel Platten #1 fans here, mateTansike wrote:Great countdown!
There's lots i like.
Very happy to see P!nk and Imagine Dragons being so successful on your chart in 2017, as both of their albums belong to my favorite releases of last year.
My most favorite tunes are "Shape Of You", "Praying" & "Perfect For You" (what an underrated pop gem )
But i also like/love the entries for Lorde, Lana Del Rey, Paloma Faith, Sam Smith, Bruno Mars, HAIM, Macklemore, Katy Perry, Calvin Harris, Banks, The Weeknd, OneRepublic, Harry and Tove Lo!
I use alternative to include all indie artists, from indie pop to indie rock or even indie countryheppolo wrote:"Wall Of Glass'' and ''Run For Cover'' are good
''Where's the Revolution'' is decent enough.
Rag'n'Bone can Alternative only in an Alternative universe though
