Okay, I’m stanning for the baby

So stupid making us wait so long for a sequel. The first had franchise written all over it, more so than Cars (which only keeps getting sequel so because their annual merchandise sales top - or used to - $1 Billion annually).

If I remember right, Brad Bird said he'd been planning it for a while and just needed to get it to all work. Here's hoping a fourteen year gap was worth it.

And now that they are planning an Incredibles overlay on the California Screamin' coaster over at Disney California Adventure park - it seems like they are more open to making this more of a franchise.

Cars was great, Cars 2 not so good

Incredibles was just that!! Sequels do work sometimes (eg Toy Story 2 & 3 and Finding Dory) so lets hope we something as good as Toy Story 2 than Cars 2

Can we please have Monster Inc 2 next though? We need to go through that door and see Boo!

Hm, it will be very successful for sure. But not among my favourites of Pixar. Maybe cause there are too many superhero movies these days

The way I'm excited for this movie......Image

Growing up, this was one of the fantasy worlds I wish I lived in, along with Harry Potter and Avatar the Last Airbender.

I've thought that a sequel to MI would be quite good.

They should jump in time a bit, to when Boo (Mary) has grown up, and become a children's author/illustrator. And as you can imagine, the books are about her adventures in Monstropolis. She thinks she made it all up, doesn't believe in the Monster's world. Her child thinks it's all very real, despite Mary telling her it's not. Of course her mind is changed when Mike and Sully show up again...

Well that's a start.. I don't know where it could go after that.
